Located at the end of a private cul-de-sac in the highly coveted north Bath, this updated ranch house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open floor plan with chef's kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom looks out to the woods in the Thorne Head Preserve. It is minimally furnished with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.The second bedroom also looks out to the Preserve and has a double bed and closet. There is an unheated sunporch that has a pullout couch and desk.The main living area is an open floor plan, bright and airy with sweeping views of the Kennebec. The kitchen has all the mod cons with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. There's a dining area and sitting room with the largest L-shaped couch you've ever seen hugged around a wood burning fireplace. Bath is a quaint town on the Kennebec river, recently voted one of the best small towns to live in America. Stroll around historic downtown to see the architecture, or walk along the riverside park and stop in at the Farmer's market.
