We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt in Crusoe Cabins. Die Betten und die Kabinen sind sauber und komfortabel. Ich mag den Stuhl in der Veranda schwanken. Ich schätze, dass die Klimaanlagen sehr cool waren. Ich mag es, dass sie uns Fahrräder bieten, um zu bewegen. Sie haben auch einen Golfwagen, der sich jederzeit und dann umzieht. Dienst ist gut, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und leicht zu sprechen. Handtücher sind nur ein wenig gebrochen. Ich liebe die Toiletten jedoch. Der Strand ist sauber, nicht tief. Wasser war nur knie hoch, auch wenn Sie mehrere Fuß entfernt gelaufen haben. Es ist gut für niemanden, der schwimmt wie ich. Meine 93 Jahre alte Mutter ging sogar in die Gewässer und ging mehrere Fuß entfernt. Der Pool braucht eine gewisse Aufbewahrung. Einige Malerei scheißen bereits. Mein Sohn genossen die Wasserslide. Es war ein schönes Wochenende, auch wenn ich den Preis teuer finde. Ich bin nicht umgelaufen, aber ich weiß, es gibt günstigere Resorts in der Umgebung. Ich bin einfach nicht sicher, wie sie vergleichen.

Our fave place that is “home away from home”. There staff are sooooo nice, very accommodating, polite, helpful and always smiling. I really love their customer service from their resort to The Sands restaurant. We’ll def go back here!

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Zunächst möchte ich den männlichen Empfangsmann, der unsere Eincheckung am 31. Dezember 2022 unterstützt hat, würdigen, einschließlich der Teilnehmer, die uns in unserem Gepäck helfen und derjenigen, die für das Frühstück im Buffet bezahlt haben. Sie sind so angenehm, reaktiv und sehr verantwortlich, um ihre Arbeit zu tun.Gute Arbeit und halten sie auf. Das Zimmer ist dann sauber, klassisch mit kaltem Klimaanlage und Sprachaussicht. CONS sind; 1. Keine Wi-Fi 2. Schwaches Signal an alle Netzwerke, auch mit unseren eigenen Daten 3. gelegentliches Braunen Überall genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und erschwinglich plus die Tatsache, dass wir unser neues Jahr gut feiern.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Absolut nicht empfehlen kann dieser Ort hoch genug. Es ist ein wenig weiter unten im Meer vorn, aber gedrückt weg vom Lärm, während immer noch recht auf dem Wasser. Das Zimmer war unschädlich und geräumig, jeden Tag sauber und (überraschend) moskitofrei. Das Restaurant bietet fantastisches Essen zu einem großen Preis und der ganze Ort hat eine Familie laufen Vibe. Und das ist, was ich so hoch bewerten über den Ort. Ich war allein im Weihnachtsurlaub und die Damen, die das Hotel laufen, waren so willkommen und freundlich.Sie bot mir an, ihre Weihnachtsabend zu betreten und hält das Frühstück offen für mich 15-20 Minuten spät, so dass ich die 9am Tauchen und immer noch fangen konnte Essen, als ich zurückkam. Sie waren alle so wunderschön, es fühlte sich nicht so, als wäre ich allein während der Feiertage. Wenn ich jemals wieder PG besuchen werde, werde ich 100% auf Out of the Blue bleiben. DX Seashow, 1. bis 4. Januar 2024 Vorteil: Die Sicherheit ist sehr gut. Auch wenn Savan Beach keinen Sand scheint. Weißer Strand scheint sehr berühmt im Sand zu sein, bitte ich um eine Rückreise in etwa 30 Minuten mit einem Tricycle im Hotel. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist die beste. Sie können auch auf der großen gemeinsamen Balkon vor dem Zimmer essen. Keiner verwendet es, es ist immer ein Monopol. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist normal. Schlechte Punkte: Viele Hotels werden auf einer Hügel gebaut, so dass Sie die Treppe zerkleinern müssen. Von der unten stehenden Straße sind es etwa fünf Minuten. Es dauert etwa zwei Stunden, um von Manila mit dem Auto oder Bus nach Batangas zu fahren. Von Batangas bis Garela dauert es eine halbe Stunde, um ein Fährschiff oder ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsschiff zu fahren. Von dem Hafen von Puerto Galera bis zum Hotel in drei Rädern um 20 Minuten. Es gibt viele Wartezeiten, wie Bus und Fähre, die für diejenigen, die Reisen wollen, gut sind, aber Zeit braucht.

Es ist für Kinder geeignet, der Pool kann lässig gespielt werden und es gibt ein kleines Kajak, das leicht gezogen werden kann. Das Frühstück ist kostenlos und es gibt viele Arten zur Auswahl. Aber die Menüs sind alle auf Englisch, Sie müssen die englische Schnellübersetzung herunterladen, um sie zu bestellen. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, Sie können es sehen, indem Sie das Video selbst öffnen. Geeignet für Urlaub und Freizeit, nicht für zu beschäftigt. Ein wenig vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Aber auf Reisen kann das Hotel den Schlepper rufen lassen.
