Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Pico Sand Hotel is the best place to relax with loved ones. It offers an awesome view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious foods. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

Das Hotel ist bequem, weil es in der Stadt fast schön zugänglich ist. Das Personal ist alle freundlich und näher gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, um zu bleiben und sauber. Der Internetanschluss ist konsistent. Das Badezimmer ist auch riesig und es gibt eine heiße Dusche. Sie werden nie bedauern, zu bleiben und das Beste ist die niedrigeren Zimmerpreise und die flexible Check-in-Zeit. Sie können Check-in & Check-out jederzeit ohne versteckte Gebühren ansehen. HILFE. !

Service und Hotel waren fantastisch. Sehr erholsam und das Essen war A+++ nur negativ war viel Verwirrung bei der Endabrechnung. Ich denke, es sollte detaillierter sein und in philippinischer Währung, nicht in US. Wenn Sie Essen bestellen, sollten Sie eine Rechnung erhalten. Sie sind sich nicht sicher, ob es richtig ist. Ansonsten würde ich wieder hier übernachten.

My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

Besonders ist das Restaurant dieses Hauses wirklich toll, es wird empfohlen, zu ihr zu essen, ich habe drei oder vier Mahlzeiten bestellt! (PS, am nächsten Tag des Aufenthalts, lief der Handy am Pool auf den Keller. Als ich herausfand, war das Hotelpersonal gerade sehr enthusiastisch an die Tür des Zimmers gesandt worden, so viel Dank!)

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Mir persönlich gefällt es. Ich war für eine Nacht dort. Es gibt viele Mücken. Alles andere ist gut. Die Pfauen sind sehr schön. Ich habe mehr als ein Dutzend davon gesehen. Ich mag auch viele Blumen und Pflanzen im Park. Yoga ist auch eine gute Wahl. Denken Sie daran, Yoga-Kleidung mitzubringen. Die Mahlzeiten sind hauptsächlich vegetarisch, ich mag es sehr. Sie können auch Grillen bestellen und abends etwas Wein trinken und spielen und singen, was angenehmer ist . It's my first time in Solano Hotel, around 2nd week of March. Customer service is great! Everyone greets you with a smile plus they respond quickly to requests making sure needs are taken cared of for their guests. What i like most during my stay was the roof deck experience. You can see 360 degree-view of Lipa, with all the nearby mountains. The scenic view gives you perfect sight of sunset, and of course the bonus feeling of peace of mind.
