Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

Zunächst möchte ich den männlichen Empfänger, der unsere Eincheckung am 31. Dezember 2022 unterstützt hat, würdigen, einschließlich der Teilnehmer, die uns in unserem Gepäck helfen und derjenigen, die für das Frühstück im Buffet bezahlt haben. Sie sind so angenehm, reaktiv und sehr verantwortlich, um ihre Arbeit zu tun.Gute Arbeit und halten sie auf. Das Zimmer ist dann sauber, klassisch mit kaltem Klimaanlage und Sprachaussicht. CONS sind; 1. Keine Wi-Fi 2. Schwaches Signal an alle Netzwerke, auch mit unseren eigenen Daten 3. gelegentliches Braunen Überall genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und erschwinglich plus die Tatsache, dass wir unser neues Jahr gut feiern.

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

We recently visited at the El Hardin de Zaida for an overnight stay with mom and my aunt and I can say it was all pleasant. The place was a gated property at the border of Laiya and San Juan. Check-in procedures were great and we had a special treat of being upgraded to the premium stay which gave us access to the exclusive pool that is adjacent to our hotel room. For the room, it was clean and spotless one but the vanity desk didn't have a mirror in front of it. The bathroom was nice. It had a drying rack, a bidet but the shower needs a bath mat to prevent guests from unnecessary accidents. Food was splendid. Late lunch, an evening at Rudy's and the breakfast. One of our highly considered decisions for choosing El Hardin de Zaida was the Spa. Prior to the trip, we called the place to ask if we needed to book a reservation for the therapy but we were told that we can avail the services on the spot. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one therapist available. We were three. Therefore, it would be impossible for us to avail 2.5 hours worth of wellness services all together. We hope that this can be carefully addressed to prevent the guests from expecting the availability of the spa. Overall, the stay and the food was great.

Großer Ort, um von der Hübsche des Alltags zu entkommen. Ich liebe die Vibe dieses Resorts. Das Personal ist wirklich erstaunlich und voller Lächeln. Von Donald, dem Aufsichtsrat, der wirklich alle kleinen Details, die wir brauchen, bis zum Koch und seinem Team, das uns gewöhnt hat, Pam, Mars, Christine, Jenel mit seiner wunderbaren Stimme, Jade mit ihrem freundlichen Gesicht, die 2 Christen, Juni, Josh, Alle, die uns zu Hause fühlen. Auch, danke Kuya, die sich um meine Tauchgeräte kümmerte. Danke nochmal für Ihre freundlichkeit. Bongskee, mein Master Taucher mit dem ich 8 Taucher gemacht habe, genossen wirklich jeden Moment in diesem Resort. Manche könnten sagen, es ist nicht wow 5 Sternen Resort ja, aber die Vibe und die Leute machen es. Danke, Philip ( der Besitzer ) für die komplimentären Getränke, die weiter kommen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort für Familien und Paare, die nach einem schönen Vibe suchen. Dieses Resort ist nicht Padi zertifiziert, also ist es nicht ein typisches Tauchort, aber sie haben mir einen Master Taucher mit einem Boot reserviert, und ich kann nicht, aber danke ihnen für den Spaß, den ich hatte. Wird nächstes Jahr sicher wieder sein.

Absolut nicht empfehlen kann dieser Ort hoch genug. Es ist ein wenig weiter unten im Meer vorn, aber gedrückt weg vom Lärm, während immer noch recht auf dem Wasser. Das Zimmer war unschädlich und geräumig, jeden Tag sauber und (überraschend) moskitofrei. Das Restaurant bietet fantastisches Essen zu einem großen Preis und der ganze Ort hat eine Familie laufen Vibe. Und das ist, was ich so hoch bewerten über den Ort. Ich war allein im Weihnachtsurlaub und die Damen, die das Hotel laufen, waren so willkommen und freundlich.Sie bot mir an, ihre Weihnachtsabend zu betreten und hält das Frühstück offen für mich 15-20 Minuten spät, so dass ich die 9am Tauchen und immer noch fangen konnte Essen, als ich zurückkam. Sie waren alle so wunderschön, es fühlte sich nicht so, als wäre ich allein während der Feiertage. Wenn ich jemals wieder PG besuchen werde, werde ich 100% auf Out of the Blue bleiben. Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

DX Seashow, 1. bis 4. Januar 2024 Vorteil: Die Sicherheit ist sehr gut. Auch wenn Savan Beach keinen Sand scheint. Weißer Strand scheint sehr berühmt im Sand zu sein, bitte ich um eine Rückreise in etwa 30 Minuten mit einem Tricycle im Hotel. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist die beste. Sie können auch auf der großen gemeinsamen Balkon vor dem Zimmer essen. Keiner verwendet es, es ist immer ein Monopol. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist normal. Schlechte Punkte: Viele Hotels werden auf einer Hügel gebaut, so dass Sie die Treppe zerkleinern müssen. Von der unten stehenden Straße sind es etwa fünf Minuten. Es dauert etwa zwei Stunden, um von Manila mit dem Auto oder Bus nach Batangas zu fahren. Von Batangas bis Garela dauert es eine halbe Stunde, um ein Fährschiff oder ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsschiff zu fahren. Von dem Hafen von Puerto Galera bis zum Hotel in drei Rädern um 20 Minuten. Es gibt viele Wartezeiten, wie Bus und Fähre, die für diejenigen, die Reisen wollen, gut sind, aber Zeit braucht.

In der Nähe des Sabang Strands - 5 Minuten mit Fahrrad (nur P25) oder 25 Minuten zu Fuß. In einer ganzen Hügel mit Blick auf die Bay - schöner Meerblick. Sehr sauberer Schwimmbad. Gutes WLAN außerhalb des Zimmers. Haben Sie den Generator für häufige Stromausfall - nur das Problem ist, dass der Air Con nicht verfügbar ist, wenn der Generator ist an. Personal ist sehr freundlich und bietet gute Beratung über Tour und Fährdienste. Geben Sie Fahrradverleih und Tricycle zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Reinig Pool täglich und auf Anfrage, schnell zu reinigen Zimmer. Reinigkeit ist hervorragend. Gute Auswahl von Kabel-TV-Kanälen wird definitiv bei ihnen für meine nächste PG-Reise bleiben.
