The hotel is convenient because it is accessible to almost nice place in the city. The staff are all polite and aproachable. The rooms are big enough to stay and its clean. The internet connection is consistent. The bathroom also is huge and there is a hot shower. Youll never regret staying and the best thing is the lower room rates and the flexible check-in time. You can check-in & check-out anytime you like without any hidden charges. SALUTE.!

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.

Zunächst möchte ich den männlichen Empfangsmann, der unsere Eincheckung am 31. Dezember 2022 unterstützt hat, würdigen, einschließlich der Teilnehmer, die uns in unserem Gepäck helfen und derjenigen, die für das Frühstück im Buffet bezahlt haben. Sie sind so angenehm, reaktiv und sehr verantwortlich, um ihre Arbeit zu tun.Gute Arbeit und halten sie auf. Das Zimmer ist dann sauber, klassisch mit kaltem Klimaanlage und Sprachaussicht. CONS sind; 1. Keine Wi-Fi 2. Schwaches Signal an alle Netzwerke, auch mit unseren eigenen Daten 3. gelegentliches Braunen Überall genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und erschwinglich plus die Tatsache, dass wir unser neues Jahr gut feiern.

Großer Ort, um von der Hübsche des Alltags zu entkommen. Ich liebe die Vibe dieses Resorts. Das Personal ist wirklich erstaunlich und voller Lächeln. Von Donald, dem Aufsichtsrat, der wirklich alle kleinen Details, die wir brauchen, bis zum Koch und seinem Team, das uns gewöhnt hat, Pam, Mars, Christine, Jenel mit seiner wunderbaren Stimme, Jade mit ihrem freundlichen Gesicht, die 2 Christen, Juni, Josh, Alle, die uns zu Hause fühlen. Auch, danke Kuya, die sich um meine Tauchgeräte kümmerte. Danke nochmal für Ihre freundlichkeit. Bongskee, mein Master Taucher mit dem ich 8 Taucher gemacht habe, genossen wirklich jeden Moment in diesem Resort. Manche könnten sagen, es ist nicht wow 5 Sternen Resort ja, aber die Vibe und die Leute machen es. Danke, Philip ( der Besitzer ) für die komplimentären Getränke, die weiter kommen. Ich empfehle diesen Ort für Familien und Paare, die nach einem schönen Vibe suchen. Dieses Resort ist nicht Padi zertifiziert, also ist es nicht ein typisches Tauchort, aber sie haben mir einen Master Taucher mit einem Boot reserviert, und ich kann nicht, aber danke ihnen für den Spaß, den ich hatte. Wird nächstes Jahr sicher wieder sein.

Es ist sehr wunderbar, dass ich das erste Mal getroffen habe, dass das Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, tatsächlich vier Personen schlafen kann, aber er schreibt, dass es zwei Personen geben kann, und dann kommt er, um mehr Geld für zwei Personen zu nehmen, vielleicht auf andere Weise, das Gefühl, dass der Aufenthalt vor sich nicht gut ist, Dieses strategische Erlebnis ist nicht gut. I've been coming to Sabang for 15 years. I've stayed at this place more than 5 times during various visits, its now my most favorite place to stay in Sabang and White beach. things have changed since the pandemic, access and travel time, but well worth the effort. once you arrive, I don't even have to check in, I just show up and tell them which rooms I'd prefer, and its done. the rooms are large, 11, 12 and 14, my favs. their clean, good aircon, good wifi, great bathrooms and shower, warm water, TV works, has cable, viewing deck comfortable and glass slider access. food is the best I've had on the island, Mel, the chef, is great and very accommodating, he gave me my own personal access to the early morning bar to make my own brewed coffee, that'll never happen anywhere else folks, and he's a great cook. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they speak good English, the place stays open until the visitors are finished with their entertainment. the pool is small, yet wonderful, access within walking distance from your get off taxi, but not very wheelchair friendly, not much of the PI is unfortunately, I plan to make this my only option to stay when visiting the island. I recommend calling ahead to check availability and have a back up plan because they fill up during high season. access to the island has changed a bit. Batangas seaport is your beginning and you can only arrive in PeurtoGaler, then can only take a tricycle and/or Tuktuk to get there, takes about 35 minutes, cost about 350 pesos and is better then white beach hands down. has walking distance to bars, clubs, nightlife, yet far enough away to be silent for sleeping, many scuba shops and options, its a scuba mecca, you can YouTube many themes here and you should, I can't recommend this place enough and if your on the fence, pull the trigger, its worth it. good luck and be nice.

Wir genossen unsere Familienreise bei CaSoBe. Lage ist ziemlich weit, aber die Reise ist es wert. Hotel und Einrichtungen sind sauber. Service ist großartig. Der einzige Nebenteil, den wir erlebt haben, war, dass der Raumschacht funktioniert nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich, um unsere Sorge zu begegnen. Die besten Merkmale des Ortes wären der Aquaria Water Park und der Strand.

Me my partner and our 2 kids just recently visited this place. The hotel room is quite enough soace for the 4 of us. It was comfortable complete with lounge sofas on the balcony. Room service is delightful you can order from the 2 restaurants and deliver to your cabin. the sheets were clean and the very comfy to sleep in. The staff were very friendly and we were treated like royals. Very welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist even have us free breakfast vouchers which is fantastic. The pools were great and clean. We were able to use the slide it was fun. My kids enjoyed it. The ocean is also clean. They make time to clean the seashore which I think is superb. The wifi is working and you can have acxess in the entire resort not just in your room.pets are very welcome. They have caddies to take from point A to b. We also got free ice cream. Carmelas was the brand I think. Honest reviews For the restaurant barbossa. Not enough choices on the menu and very pricey. But the other restaurant which served us breakfast is great. Our tv cant connect to netflix. Not much of a big deal just so happens we want to watch the last 2 episodes of bloodhounds. Still manageable. The telephone signal to the reception is poor. We had to redial 3x to be able to speak to the staff They have a free bike for each cabin to use. But ours was gone after we had dinner. not sure if our neighbor cabin borrowed it. All in all i will still give it a 10 beacuse the staff were very friendly we will be visting again definitely
