We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !

Zunächst möchte ich den männlichen Empfänger, der unsere Eincheckung am 31. Dezember 2022 unterstützt hat, würdigen, einschließlich der Teilnehmer, die uns in unserem Gepäck helfen und derjenigen, die für das Frühstück im Buffet bezahlt haben. Sie sind so angenehm, reaktiv und sehr verantwortlich, um ihre Arbeit zu tun.Gute Arbeit und halten sie auf. Das Zimmer ist dann sauber, klassisch mit kaltem Klimaanlage und Sprachaussicht. CONS sind; 1. Keine Wi-Fi 2. Schwaches Signal an alle Netzwerke, auch mit unseren eigenen Daten 3. gelegentliches Braunen Überall genossen wir wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und erschwinglich plus die Tatsache, dass wir unser neues Jahr gut feiern.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Zweiter Besuch dieses schönen Resorts mit meiner Tochter und Großtütchen. Wir lieben die geräumigen, unverschämten Zimmer mit modernen Badezimmern, der Pool und das Restaurant mit einem umfangreichen Menü. Dieses Jahr genossen einige Schnorcheln und eine ausgezeichnete Massage mit einem erfahrenen und talentierten Massenveranstalter. Personal ist willkommen und aufmerksam, macht für einen entspannenden und nützlichen Aufenthalt. Sehen Sie sich freuen, in Zukunft zurückzukehren!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Freundliches Personal. Essen ist besonders großartig die Reisbäume! Allerdings ist einige ihrer Lebensmittel speziell die Pilz- und Hühnerpasta ein wenig preiswert für seine Service. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti and di masyadong malasa aber unser Gesamtaufenthalt war gut. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

DX Seashow, 1. bis 4. Januar 2024 Vorteil: Die Sicherheit ist sehr gut. Auch wenn Savan Beach keinen Sand scheint. Weißer Strand scheint sehr berühmt im Sand zu sein, bitte ich um eine Rückreise in etwa 30 Minuten mit einem Tricycle im Hotel. Die Landschaft des Hotels ist die beste. Sie können auch auf der großen gemeinsamen Balkon vor dem Zimmer essen. Keiner verwendet es, es ist immer ein Monopol. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist normal. Schlechte Punkte: Viele Hotels werden auf einer Hügel gebaut, so dass Sie die Treppe zerkleinern müssen. Von der unten stehenden Straße sind es etwa fünf Minuten. Es dauert etwa zwei Stunden, um von Manila mit dem Auto oder Bus nach Batangas zu fahren. Von Batangas bis Garela dauert es eine halbe Stunde, um ein Fährschiff oder ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsschiff zu fahren. Von dem Hafen von Puerto Galera bis zum Hotel in drei Rädern um 20 Minuten. Es gibt viele Wartezeiten, wie Bus und Fähre, die für diejenigen, die Reisen wollen, gut sind, aber Zeit braucht.

Das Personal hier behandelte uns wie eine Familie. Wir hatten eine Scuba-Gruppe von 31 Personen. Abenteuer mit Scuba Steve. James war mein Gruppen Taucherführer und er arbeitete oben und darüber für uns. Die ganze Crew hier hat jeden Tag ihre Knöchel gebockt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir eine tolle Reise und Erfahrung hatten. Dies war ein TRUE Tauchen valet Resort. Alle von der Wartepersonal bis zu den Kochen bis zur Frontbühne bis zu den Bodenarbeitern und Massagepersonal haben Sie gefühlt, als hätten sie Sie schon lange kennengelernt. Ich empfehle absolut, hierher zu kommen, um eine echte Taucherfahrung zu erleben. Wir sahen täglich etwas Neues. Das Meeresleben und Korallen sind schön. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Orten.

Schön, zu einem meiner Lieblingshotels in den Philippinen zurückzukehren.Ich liebe die Lage des Blue Crystal; weg von allen Husten und Büsten von Sabang und Puerto Galera. Die freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter arbeiten noch im Resort und haben hart gearbeitet, um meinen Aufenthalt zu einem sehr angenehm zu machen. Ich freue mich auf die Rückkehr in nicht zu weit Zukunft.
