We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und wissensvoll, wenn wir um Richtungen und Orte bitten. Kostenloser Transport an 11am n 5pm an jedem Mall, den wir gehen möchten. Kostenloser Jamu während des Frühstücks. Preis im Café auch erschwinglich. Wird sicher sein, Aston wieder zu buchen.

Kontaktieren Sie das Hotel über WhatsApp vor Anreise, um den zimmern-Reservierungsstatus zu überprüfen.Stay War ok und das Personal hier sind die besten von FD,HK,Security und F&B Cons: -Req Junior Suite Typ Zimmer auf High Floor, Aber nur während der C/in dem Zimmer ist auf Ebene 3 und das gleiche Typzimmer auf Ebene 8 ist Rauchenboden.Sollte vorher informieren -Keine Zugangskarte benötigt für den Zugang zum Gästezimmer. -Frühstück nicht so viel,(Standard 3-Sterne-Hotel) -Zimmer auf Ebene 3 Blick ist hinter dem Bau. - Einige Möbel waren gut,datumiert, aber gut gepflegt. -Die Unterhaltung,Spiele und Internet-Bereich geschlossen,Kein PC kann verwendet werden,Kein Konsole-Spiel wie angekündigt. -Hot lobby,u weiß nicht, warum sie den Hot lobby mögen.Einige Gäste kommen aus dem Walken außerhalb schwitzen und unbehaglich wegen der Hot lobby. -als 3-Sterne- Boutique-Hotel,Es gibt keine Schwimmbads, aber es gibt Spa im 3. Stock. Pro: -Gutes und professionelles Personal. -Gutes AC im Zimmer, sehr kalt.i wie -räumliches Zimmer (jr Suite Zimmer) -Gutes Haushalterteam, wir lieben, wenn wir zurück ins Hotel und aus dem Zimmer kommen ist sauber n tidy. -Selbst das Essen am Frühstück ist nur gut, das Personal unterhaltet uns sehr gut. - nahe Nagoya Mall (Wanderweite) - neben dem Komfort Shop - vor Rumah Makan Sederhana und Momo Kaffeehaus. -Es gibt 1 kleine Kaffeegeschäft über dem Indomeret neben dem Hotel -Online Taxi kann hier entnehmen/ fallen.

Frühstück war gut, die Sorte war am Wochenende ok, aber die Sorte musste am Wochentag verbessert werden. Wir haben für 5 Nacht am 14 - 19 Oktober geblieben und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem für Rafft, um unseren Aufenthalt mit seinem tollen Service extra angenehm zu machen. Das Hotel ist sehr strategischer im Stadtzentrum und wenn Sie zum Mall gehen oder andere Lebensmitteloptionen suchen möchten, ist es nur Spazierweiterung.

Wenn wir 1400 Uhr (Hotel-Lokalzeit) angekommen sind, um sich anzumelden, sind die Zimmer leider nicht bereit. Coz denkt, dass wir in den Zimmern frisch-up können, bevor wir zu unserem Spa-Assessment gehen (um 3 Uhr), wir sind nicht in der Lage, das zu tun. Deshalb lassen wir unsere Gepäcktaschen n Gepäckstücke an ihrem Gepäcklagerpunkt und gehen zu unserem Spa-Bestellungsprozess. T Die Zimmer sind geräumig n gut ausgestattet mit Toiletten. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, aber ziemlich kalt. Die Toilette ist sauber. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen hat eine breite Palette von Sorten.

Ich und meine Frau buchten endlich und hatten eine Chance, im Harmoni One Hotel zu bleiben. Es war ein besetzter und besetzter Ort vor dem Ausbruch covid-19. Überleben dieses Hotel ist stolz, aber auch traurig, wenn es bezeugt, wie leer und ziemlich dieser Ort jetzt ist. Harmoni One hält immer noch Hotelzimmer für Gutes im 2. Stock. Wir haben gehört und gesehen 1-2 andere Gutes auf unserem Stock. Wir haben in Zimmer 210, Deluxe Zimmer einschließlich Frühstück geblieben. mit breitem Glasfenster, das unter Bau von Batam One Mall und Buschen der umliegenden alten Gegend steht. In 5/May/2021 für einen Ght-Stadt überprüft. Dank Frau Rita, der Front Desk Mitarbeiter, der uns bei der Eincheckung und sicherstellen, dass unsere Bedürfnisse im Zimmer erfüllt sind. Hotelgebäude ist luxuriös, in der Nähe von Lottemart und Sundanese Warung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit King-Size-Bett, Sofabett, Möbel, Minibar, Kaffee/Tee und Wasserkocher. Überraschend, ein Bad ...so hat das WC selbst fast die Hälfte der Größe des Schlafzimmers. Wir haben jedoch verstanden, dass dieses Hotel nicht neu ist, so alt Teppichgeräuche ist unvermeidlich. Internet war gut und stark. Zimmer hat Fernsehkanäle mit 40 lokalen und ausländischen Kanälen. Sie servierten das Frühstück durch das Ala-Carte-Menü für den Hauptkurs und Früchte, und lassen Brot/Toast, Saft, Kaffee/Tee-Stuhl für Selbstbedienung offen. Nasi goreng war gut und schmackvoll. Die Mitarbeiter auf der Pflicht und 1 High-Shool-Trainer sind vor Ort zur Verfügung, um zu helfen. Der Schwimmbad und Fitnesscenter im 6. Stock sind offen 9AM-6PM, aber wir haben es nicht versucht, weil dieser Platz nicht von einem Personal besucht scheint. Wir können gut schlafen im Zimmer. Danke für die Aufenthaltserfahrung in diesem Hotel und wünsche den Management und Personal, dass ihr Geist während dieser Probierungsbedingungen hoch bleibt. Gut gemacht Harmoni One Hotel !

Tonight is our last night here in Eska. All good. Water heater, thick towels(some hotel's has very thin towels), hairdryer. A/C was working well. Mini fridge was ok. Not that cold. No funky smell in the room & bathroom, clean. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping team was great. Breakfast platter was good too. The bed was not bad($40+, yeah). Only the pillows thou. I find it quite flat. Haha. And Kepri Mall is permanently closed. So, its little quiet. I would suggest to get yourself a prepaid card for data*get a bigger Gb, if you likes watching Netflix or videos*. Just to standby. Hehe! We arrived on the Friday afternoon, Wifi connection, TV was all fine. But, when we came back that night prolly around 10pm ish. there is no Wifi connection at all till the next mrng. But now, 12.38am, Sat night. Wifi was good. Idk whether the connection or what. I just used up my data yesterday😅 to surf the internet. We didnt try the spa here, because we had our regular massage place else where. And theres a restraunt at the roof top. Very nice. But didnt get a chance to sit there, as its raining. Yeaa. Overall, worth the stay. Only the Wifi thingy.
