"Das war unser zweites Besuch dieses Hotel nach Covid . Erstmals war während Covid vor sg nahe Border . Die erste Zeit Eindrücke waren super , sie geben uns ein großes Zimmer mit hohem Boden , es war so schön , erstaunlich , sauber . Also in dieser Runde meine 46. Geburtstag entscheiden wir, 5 Tage 4 Nacht Aufenthalt zu wählen. Ich hatte besondere Anfragen für Reisen zum Hotel. Ich sage speziell, ich will kein Ecke-Zimmer, da ich sehr empfindlich für das letzte Zimmer der Hotels bin. Am Tag der Ankunft sollten sie mich auf dem Fähre nehmen, aber der gruvolle Servicepersonalname von Nuryana, sie bittet mich, mich selbst einen Taxi zu nehmen . Das ist eine rote Flagge, u r behandeln einen Kunden besuchen wir zweite Mal für ihren Geburtstag, die nicht nur eine Nacht, sondern 4 Nächte zu bleiben, um sich selbst ein Taxi selbst nehmen. OK es ist okay Check in sie geben mir das letzte Ecke Zimmer n niedrige Stock ..... Ich habe gesagt, ich wollte ein hoher Stock n Ich will kein Ecke Zimmer, aber sie geben mir alle Gegenanfrage. Sehr enttäuscht dieses runde Besuch . Die Hausaufbewahrung ist gut 👍, sie r machen eine gute Arbeit bei der Reinigung. Das Restaurant ist gut. Beide Ebene 1,2,15th Erdgeschoss Restaurants haben alle einen besseren Service als das Frontdesk. Schließlich hoffe ich, dass das Hotel auf ihren Front-Desk-Personal-Diensten verbessern würde. Bitte beachten Sie auf Kunden wenige Anfrage. Bitte geben Sie nicht nur das Gegenteil, dass wir ausdrücklich gesagt haben, wir nicht wollen."

"Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night. Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too. Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk. Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change). Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free. According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2). Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year. Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too. If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note."

"Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all"

"I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button. The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging. Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent."

"Das Hotel ist erschwinglich. Eine Taxifahrt vom Batam Center kostet bald 50.000 Rupien. Der Kundenservice ist sehr höflich. Das Frühstück wurde für ein Frühstücksbrötchen von 30.000 Rupien bestellt und mir sagte, ich solle im Café nebenan essen. Wissen, ob es lecker ist. In der Tat gibt es auch rund ums Essen, um das Frühstück muss man sich keine Sorgen machen. Die Grundausstattung des Zimmers und der Ventilator sind nicht eingeschaltet. Es ist nicht sehr ruhig. Es wird empfohlen, einen Raum mit einem Fenster einzurichten. Ich kann nur meinen eigenen Verkehr verwenden. Alles andere ist ok"

"Es gibt kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche, kein Shampoo, kein Trinkwasser, kein Zimmer jeden Tag sauber (langes Aufenthalt 3pm), obwohl das Zimmer ziemlich komfortabel ist, aber die Hygiene fehlt, weil die Blätter und Schalen nicht geändert werden, und das Zimmer nicht geschweißt, Viel Staub/grau ... 🙏"
