Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too.
Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre.
The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉

This was an amazing find. The rooms are so comfortable to be in. Though this is an apartment, it had everything that a hotel provides.
This property is right beside the hotel so we enjoy the hotel benefits as well. They provide shuttle services to the malls and back.
It has a few restaurants and they serve amazing food. There is a well known Eska massage place in the hotel too. Swimming pools are inviting. It is extremely windy at the pool area so falling asleep on the seats are highly likely especially after a meal.
Definitely coming back. Confirm and double confirm.

The hotel rooms are only fairly clean, there are stains on the bedsheets. Even after changing, there are still stains. Cockroaches were spotted inside the room….
The food quality from hotel restaurant on the roof top was also terrible. The beef ribs tasted like rubber…..
Only good thing is that the hotel is near shopping malls like Nagoya hill, only 10 mins car ride

I travelled with my dad for a 2 day 1 night trip to Batam. Upon arriving at the Radisson Golf and Convention Center Hotel via Grab, it took about 15 minutes from Batam Center. The reception check in was seamless, and the staff were very polite. However, the lift sensor didn't work very well when pressing the button.
The amenities were good, but it would be great to include items such as a comb or cotton buds. This wasn't my first time staying here, but I hope for some upgrades of the bathroom or better cleaning, as noticed some signs of aging.
Hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was impressive. Additionally, the massage services at the hotel were excellent.

Das Hotel ist erschwinglich. Eine Taxifahrt vom Batam Center kostet bald 50.000 Rupien. Der Kundenservice ist sehr höflich. Das Frühstück wurde für ein Frühstücksbrötchen von 30.000 Rupien bestellt und mir sagte, ich solle im Café nebenan essen. Wissen, ob es lecker ist. In der Tat gibt es auch rund ums Essen, um das Frühstück muss man sich keine Sorgen machen. Die Grundausstattung des Zimmers und der Ventilator sind nicht eingeschaltet. Es ist nicht sehr ruhig. Es wird empfohlen, einen Raum mit einem Fenster einzurichten. Ich kann nur meinen eigenen Verkehr verwenden. Alles andere ist ok

Es gibt kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche, kein Shampoo, kein Trinkwasser, kein Zimmer jeden Tag sauber (langes Aufenthalt 3pm), obwohl das Zimmer ziemlich komfortabel ist, aber die Hygiene fehlt, weil die Blätter und Schalen nicht geändert werden, und das Zimmer nicht geschweißt, Viel Staub/grau ... 🙏

Spacious room and very good customer services. But breakfast is below standard. Food are cold even on warmer, scrambled egg, sunny side up all must request and was not informed is available until we request. Food are not tasty compare to Ihotel.

DDahlanRahmatThe services from F&B and Concierge Team were superb. Upon checking in, Stephanie gave us a heads up about the surroundings if we intend to roam around there. Stephanie also did arrange for special menu of Batam Fish Soup for our breakfast. Devi arrange for an exceptional ironing service as the iron board provided in the room was not a friendly user (too low for an adult to use). Driver from the hotel was awesomely arranged by Devi to sent us to Harbour Bay. Aggi, Qresya Puspita, Natalia, Dinda and Fika gave an awesome service while we had our breakfast. Serving us Jamu of The Day and Juice of The Day.

Besonders mein Therapeut San San sie so süß und sehr freundlich zu chatten und ich genieße meine heiße Steinmassage so sehr. Unser Resortzimmer ist sehr geräumig und wir lieben den Innenpool und die Aussicht auf das Zimmer und das Badezimmer. Aber wir bemerken, dass alle Sofas nett schmutzig sind, es gibt entweder Krumm wie Sachen oder weißes Pulver Staub auf ihm nicht nur für unser Zimmer, sondern auch unsere Freunde und Auch Familienzimmer. Tadds Restaurantpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam zu jedem, der ins Essen einlädt. Aber als Vegetarist freuen wir uns, dass es eine Vegetarische Option gibt, aber es wäre besser, wenn das Personal besser über verschiedene Arten von Vegetarist informiert ist. Wie wir sind Latco Ovo Vegetarier nehmen wir Eier, Milch, aber wir essen keine Lebensmittel, die 5 Alliums enthalten. (Tipps: Wenn Sie wollen, können Sie Lebensmittel aus anderen Orten wie Batam Center...etc) aber insgesamt ist jeder Personal, das wir im Resort meinten, großartig. Ich empfehle eine kurze Reise, um die Meerblicke zu genießen und lassen Sie sich einen langsamen und entspannen Moment haben. sicher wieder zurück.

RRainManAsiaWas apprehensive after reading the reviews. But this hotel had many pleasant surprises! Inwas greeted with a massive lobby. Space is what this hotel has. Corridors are wide. Rooms are larger than normal.
I needed a quiet room to rest after a long week at work. I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel, come 9pm the karaoke opposite the street started. Oops! But Yuli, who had a great smile from front desk reception was at hand to assist me select another room which was more pleasant and had a garden view. She called me by name the following day as as well! (Maybe coz I forgot my passport, double oops 😅)
Breakfast selection was good. Trays were full to feed the many guests. There was a cooking station to literally a fire wok to whip up hot and spicy local noodles in the morning. Nice 😀demonstration. But the chefs can’t make poached eggs which is my travel comfort food. Tried over two days 😔.
I selected this hotel because it is one of the few hotels that had a bathtub at a reasonable price. I like to soak myself to relax and unwind.
COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to/fro Harbour Bay Terminal (5min). Only found out on check-out. Ms Yuli was again on duty to assist me. And she gracefully walked me to the car. The hotel driver was also full of smiles and he was conversational and made my journey very enjoyable. What great hospitality.
In summary, this old dame of a hotel (changed name 4 times) still has grand old charm and is well-maintained for a pleasant stay.

Mmariaa AngelicaHier sind meine Bewertungen für das Turi Beach Resort, da ich zum ersten Mal allein reise. Die Einheimischen sind nett, die Lage ist auch gut. Mit Begrüßungsgetränken beim Einchecken im Hotel (die ich nicht getrunken habe, da ich mit dem Einchecken beschäftigt war, aber sie sehen köstlich aus 🤤). Es war gut, sich zu entspannen und die geistige Gesundheit zu entspannen. Das Personal gab mir ein schönes Zimmer, was mich noch mehr wertschätzte. Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefällt, ist, dass es keine Lotion im Zimmer gibt, was mich ein wenig traurig macht, da ich erwartet hatte, eine zu haben. Aber die Gesamterfahrung ist gut. Ich liebe den Ort und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich liebe auch den Sonnenuntergang und den Sonnenaufgang. Besonders im Island Bar Restaurant. Ich werde auf jeden Fall dorthin zurückkehren.

It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.
