It’s just a short walk or taxi ride from the ferry terminal, so it’s great for a short break from Singapore. The service was great and the free buffet breakfast made sure it was worth the price! Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Batam Center. Location is good and the hotel is also clean. Hotel staff is friendly and polite.

Smooth check-in. Location is near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Room & toilet are spacious. I love their breakfast. There are various food & drinks.

The room was a normal business hotel. It was so cold that we couldn't adjust the temperature. Also, the fridge, telephone and security box were broken and couldn't be used. There were no face or hand towels. There was only a bath towel and a foot mat. The shower didn't have hot water. We complained to the reception, but the fridge and telephone had poor electrical contact and couldn't be fixed. They said they would replace the batteries in the security box, but they never did. Also, it was inconvenient that no sunlight came into the room. We were given extra blankets and endured the cold. We bought jackets for our children at Uniqlo in Megamall. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is good but the surrounding area there are no shop, no cooffeeshop. Shopping mall abit far out. Find food got problem need call grab for delivery

Hotel is not bad reasonable price for travellers. Hotel check in 14:00 PM. We got the room 15:00 PM. We reached there early but can not check in early. They said “No”.

Would not recommend the hotel for couples or individuals. It looks very creepy with yellow lights and loud squeaking sound, really like in a horror movie. The hot water turns yellow in the bath, the gym is 80% broken equipment. Did not bother go pool, as the changing rooms look very old as well. The room they gave us was on a smoking floor! Which made it worse since the smell was all over corridors. The room was also no view at all! Just facing other wall. Breakfast is ok since it’s included.

When we arrive at the hotel at noon, not allowed to check in early. After check-in, when we went to the room, there was sudden black out. It was scary. No lights at all. The toiletries like body soap and syampoo were given only 1small pack each for 2person in a room. Please provide more body soap and syampoo as the room booked for 2persons and we bath 2 times a day.
