Swan Valley Heights sits up on the Scarp with unlimited views over the entire city of Perth. There are plenty of kangaroos to watch all day long as well as sheep grazing the property. Watch magnificent sunsets or observe storms as they slowly make their way across the beautiful city of Perth or just sit on the front verandah and watch the planes as they come and go in the distance. We are situated on ten peaceful acres with a winter creek running through the block, walkways run from here up through the bush land with wildflowers abundant in season. The owner, under the direction of George Lulfitz, West Australian Guru of native plants, is developing the extensive garden surrounding the accommodation making use of our beautiful West Australian native plants.
