Stayed here for 2 days on business this week. It was a reasonably priced room. It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, lovely bed. The staff were really friendly and efficient. My room was really quiet, I wasn’t disturbed by anyone. Very handy having the harvester next door!

A really good value one night stay. I arrived early at the property and I was greeted by the manager who informed me that I was early and my room wasn't ready. However, after 5 minutes she came to find me and kindly confirmed there was a room ready and that I could check in early. The room was clean and functional and fully met my expectations.

Great value for money super friendly staff. Very Helpful and went above and beyond to make are stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend Them to any friends and family in future. It was a pleasurable experience all in all. Can't wait till we are next able to visit and use them again.

Again, after several visits in the past, we had a great 3-night stay at this hotel, which was ideally located for our purposes. Friendly and helpful staff in a well-maintained hotel. The presence of a pub/restaurant on the other side of the car park is really a bonus!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet and had all I needed in it. Above all, the welcome and help I got from the lady who signed me in (Sharon?) was exceptional as it had been the first time I stayed there. My reason for not giving 5 stars is down to the fact the whole place needs a face-lift, which I was told would be started soon. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I've been staying here for nearly 2 months for work. Excellent customer service. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Convenient for Basingstoke town and fire the M3. Quiet pub next door. Many nearby food outlets. I'll be sorry to have to move on.

The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had the room was very clean would recommend to come to stay at this hotel it was a very quiet hotel also the breakfast at the harvester was lovely manager went out of her way lovely lady

Excellent stay 2 nights great welcome superb staff and the manager puts over 100% in and will go 100 extra miles hotel is one of the original lodges very clean and local knowledge was great and will be recommending this hotel for our fellow cruisers it's only 40 mins to Southampton has a harvester restaurant next door breakfast is a most there has well as normal menu just like give this hotel and staff a BIG THANK YOU
