I love working with the staff at Baymont (especially Nick) as they go above and beyond to help our employees. When we had over 15+ rooms, they served breakfast earlier just so our employees could grab breakfast before work. They have updated their rooms with new beds and TV’s which is a game changer for any hotel and the mattresses are very comfortable. Nick always helps me identify any discrepancies such as our employees leaving a room empty without checking out to prevent us from paying for an empty room. I have YET to find another hotel staff this helpful and engaged as this is extremely valuable when multiple rooms are booked and another set of eyes and ears on site is key! Hats off to Nick on being great at what you do!

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was just down the road from my conference. The decor is a little bit run down, specially in the breakfast area, but the room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the towels soft and the shower had great water pressure. It was a bit hard to find, as the sign is set back from the Highway and the hotel isn’t visible from the road. Overall a nice stay.

Was really pleased with the cleanliness overall. The fitness center was one of the best and cleanest I’ve seen in a Hampton inn property. Only things I would have like to have seen were: (1) digital key did not work. Others mentioned theirs wasn’t either. After lugging my luggage upstairs and then returning to the desk, the desk shared that they were aware. A sign at the front desk would be nice - I stopped and talked to the desk to get water as i walked in with my luggage but they said nothing about the digital keys not working. (2) no towels or cups in the fitness center (3) side door handle was broken off and door was not secured.

We stopped for a rest on our long drive home from Florida. We arrived at 9pm. The area was clean and quiet and the man in the lobby very welcoming. Checkin was a breeze. I found my room to be clean and up to date. The shower had amazing pressure and the beds were clean and quite comfortable. Everything was quiet and very restful. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby very much on my way out. If I am ever passing thru again I would definitely stop here. Thank you.

Ich suchte speziell ein Comfort Inn, weil ich eine wunderbare Erfahrung mit dem hatte, das ich nach Florida geblieben habe. Diese aber nicht verglichen auch. Zuerst werde ich sagen, es war sehr sauber und die Zimmer waren schön. Das war der Ort, wo die Zufriedenheit endete. Ich war nicht glücklich mit der Lage und es gab nicht viele Lieferoptionen. Front Desk gab mir eine Liste von Restaurants, die zu liefern. Der Pizzaplatz, den ich anrufe, war nicht nahe von so sie bezahlten viel für die Lieferung. Das Essen war so und die Bestellung war falsch. Das Frühstücksgebiet wurde nicht gelagert. Piniensaft wurde meist abgewässert. Es gab ein wenig kalte Eier und ich wartete 20 Minuten, um mehr herauszubringen. Es gab Kuchen, aber sie brachten nicht grau aus, bis ich bereit war, zu gehen. Kein Bacon oder Sauce. Front Desk war überhaupt nicht freundlich.
