Greeting nicely as soon as we walked in. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was much needed after a long travel day. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the pillows were perfect like you expect from an IHG (our go to hotel of choice).

Wow this place is a great place to stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast was very good, for a hotel. There is a pool which we did not swim in. Workout facility and laundering is available. There is also amble parking for boats, trailers, etc.

This is newer hotel with amble parking for boats, trailers, etc. The decor is very modern and clean. Really impressed upon entering. We has a suite and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean and modern. The beds are wonderful after sleeping for two weeks at a fishing camp in Canada! Soft pillow s and a mattress that you sink into. Pool is nice though did not swim, chlorine smell was too much. Nice workout area as well. Breakfast was above average and well worth it. Highly recommend!!

This hotel was one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. It was so very impressive, I could not justify staying at any other hotel in the area. The staff was very engaging, quiet rooms, many modern touches makes this place shine and so very, very clean. But, the continental breakfast was eh.... very eh. Food was two thumbs down. And the breakfast staff was even poorer than eh. Attitude problem with all of them . If it wasn't for the morning breakfast crew and food, this place would be stellar.

We stay at a lot of hotels and AirBnb’s and this was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. The suite was spotless ! It had all the amenities you could ask for. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew were friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had about the Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls area . We definitely will stay here again !

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Clean, well appointed (stable wifi, basic amenities, workout facility), and friendly staff. The recent upgrades make the place feel modern and comfortable. I worked remotely here for a week while my husband was doing field work in the area. Lots of places to sit/work to mix things up and a stable wifi connections that enabled smooth video meetings. And a fun location to explore what the greater Rice Lake area has to offer in the evenings. My only minor complaint is that the mattress is soft (per my standards) and my back was hurting by the end of the week.

We were in town for a family graduation. Excellent hotel. Very clean. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had a really nice breakfast that was continuously filled and cleaned. The beds were sooooooo comfortable. Not sure how old this hotel is but it gives you the feeling like it’s brand new.
