No blow drier per room as promised on the website;
My bra was stolen!!
The pillows were terrible and no extra one. Couldn’t sleep well.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The wi-FI didn’t work on our room. 5 days without wi-FI. We informed the reception on the first night and nothing was done about it. Issue was not solved, no compensation was offered, they didn’t give us a different room, we asked for a manager and nobody came. Total disregard for their guests.
Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. O wi-fi não funcionou no nosso quarto. 5 dias sem wi-fi. Informamos a recepção na primeira noite e nada foi feito a respeito. O problema não foi resolvido, nenhuma compensação foi oferecida, eles não nos deram um quarto diferente, pedimos para falar com o gerente e ninguém veio. Total descaso com seus hóspedes.

Arrivée en bateau. Aucune assistance pour monter notre valise lourde depuis le quai. Idem pour partir. Pas d’arrangement commercial possible pour garder la chambre après l’heure du checkout. Une réceptionniste pas très aimable. Chambre confortable mais pas de possibilité d’avoir à la fois la climatisation et la lumière du jour. Par contre caldo de peixe délicieux et personnel du restaurant très souriant.

- Pousada sem graça, quando chegamos tivemos que arrastar as malas por um calçamento todo quebrado e irregular. A porta do frigobar do meu quarto arrastava no chão. A coca de casal estava manchada assim como a maioria das toalhas de banho e rosto. Reclamei na recepção que me falou que as manchas são causadas por uso de protetor solar dos hóspedes e que a lavanderia não conseguia tirar. E eu com isto? O mínimo que se espera é encontrar roupa de cama limpas e sem manchas. Não tinha secador no quarto, tive que pegar na recepção que me ligou 30 minutos depois pq outro hóspede estava precisando. É inacreditável não ter secador no banheiro. Cafe da manhã bom mas quando ainda faltava 1 hora para acabar o horário, vários sucos acabaram e eles disseram que não poderiam completar pq não tinha polpa. Não vale o valor da diária que cobram

Tudo muito bom. Os funcionários super prestativos. O quarto era novinho, muito lindo, limpinho, camas maravilhosas. O café da manhã é gostoso, sempre acordamos cedo para o café por causa doa passeios, mas o último dia que acordamos mais tarde, as 8 (o café é até as 9), os bolos que iam acabando eles não colocavam mais. O restaurante é bom e tem preços justos.

A Pousada é bem localizada para os Lençóis. Pessoal simpático , restaurante muito bom com comida variada e caseira . Gostei bastante. Recomendo ir até os fundos da pousada que dá para o Rio e apreciar a paisagem. Boa localização. Para casais ou família. Piscina bem cuidada

Lugar acolhedor, funcionários educados e muito prestativos. Boa localização. Comida bem preparada. Café da manhã ótimo, com muitas variedades em bebidas e comidas. Lugar limpo, no geral. Ambiente bastante familiar.

Excelente opção em Barreirinhas, pouco afastada do centrinho, possui ótimo restaurante com bom custo benefício. Uma delícia de lugar e sossego. Comida e café da manhã ótimos! Comemos em outros restaurantes pela cidade, mas nosso preferido foi o da pousada. Além disso, a equipe é muito querida, atenderam a gente muito bem. Super recomendamos.
