Great stay her I had a very nice time with my friends and family. The rooms were very spacious and quite no noise and they were all friendly the guest. Nice pillows and nice area. Top golf if around as well

Das Hotel war 5 Start ganz. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Personal, sauberes Zimmer, komfortable Betten und Kissen. Ich hatte um ein ziemliches Zimmer gebeten und sie setzten mich am Ende des Halles in #401, sehr verschlossen und von allem entfernt. Es war perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und in der Nähe von allem, was ich brauchte. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und würde mich selbst zurückkehren.

Das ist eines der schönsten Orte, die ich je geblieben habe. Nicht wegen irgendeiner Luxusfrage (es ist ein schönes Frühstück usw.). Es ist sauber, es läuft gut. Das Personal macht diesen Ort Arbeit. Dies ist ein ernsthafter Ort für ernste Reisende, die nicht unbedingt Reisen lieben. Sie sind aufmerksam polit und von ausreichender Zahl, um für ihre Gäste zu sorgen. Sie sind gut über Dinge wie Kaffee im Lobby ALLE TIMME. Die Zimmerreinigung ist reichlich. Es ist nur ein guter, gut laufender Laden!!

I am not sure where to start. My overall stay was ok, until I found out how they bill you when you stay for long term. Usually when you work you are paid every two weeks. When I made my reservation I was told ”Oh yes you can pay every week or at the end of the month” I said that will work for me, but that is not the case this hotel charges you for a week in advance. When I was billed I told the manager my payday is not until the end of the month and I just paid last week. I asked If I can pay weekly until I am paid he refused and said I will have to leave if I cannot pay the full balance of $627.00, really!!!!!!!!!!. This is how ”Extended Stay” treats their customers, my rate was around $70.00 a night plus the cost of my pet and tax. I was ok with that, my complatient is that they lie to you giving you false misleading information so you can hurry up and make a reservation. Do the math for a week my total was $627.00 of course I did not have the money so I had to call my dad to help me out. Extended Stay needs to revisit their ”policy” as the manager said over and over again it's our ”policy”. Will I come back for another stay..... maybe but I will NEVER stay long term because the way they lie to you is not good. The one thing that made it even worse when it is ”so called” time to pay for your ”week” they call your room phone and your personal cell phone, if you do not answer then they come and knock on your door and try to make entry to the room, unacceptable you should not treat your customers like you are a criminal because they are ”money hungry” I am looking into filing a complaint to Extended Stay company because each property is privately owned under the Extended Stay name. The front desk keep on reminding you oh please leave us a review...... Well here you go......

Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen, das Zimmer ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend, die Parkplätze sind kostenlos und die Lage ist gut. Geeignet für selbstfahrende Touren von Niagara Falls nach Washington. Die Grand Falls sind in ca. 7 Stunden mit dem Auto zu erreichen und vom Hotel bis zur Hauptverkehrszeit in Washington ca. eine Stunde.

Weil ich gerade in der Nähe arbeiten wollte, habe ich das Haus gewählt. Im Automobil ist es immer noch zu leben, es gibt kein Problem mit der Gesundheit, die Umgebung ist auch gut, es gibt mehr Schwarze, die nebenan leben, und es steht kalt und schwarz, und es wird mich springen ... im Allgemeinen gibt es noch keine Provokation.

Ich hatte einen Fehler bei meiner Buchung gemacht, und sie waren sehr gut zu helfen.

Hier war eine Nacht auf der NYE, entlang der Straße, mit Ehefrau und zwei Kindern, in einer 2Q 1-bedroom Suite. Eine spät angekommene und links halb-Frühe, so hatte er nur eine kurze Erfahrung, aber, das Zeug kann ich sagen: --Zimmer waren typisch Homewood 2-room setup, viel Raum. --Während die Zimmer alle richtig waren, sind sie ein wenig müde. Viele kleine Zähne/Kränze/Weiße-und-Tränen, Dinge funktionieren nicht ganz 100% wie geplant, aber nichts Großes. Das Fenster HVAC-Einheit leckte etwas auf den Rügel, aber nur ein wenig. Das ist wirklich nur ein wenig TLC. --Die Lage war bequem von der Autobahn. --Das Frühstücksraum war gut geräumiges, Angebote waren ein wenig spartanisch, das ist heute ziemlich universell. --Das Personal war universell freundlich und hilfreich. --Rate war für die Zimmerart und die Ausstattung vernünftig. COVID NOTES: Maske hier erforderlich, und die Leute scheinen das zu tun, sowohl Personal als auch Gäste. Ich habe nicht ernsthaft auf den Platz zu sehen, aber ich fühle mich sicher, es empfehlen.
