Bed & Breakfast Gatto Bianco

Well located and easy to get in and out. Breakfast is just what they left on the table - Store-bought muffins, coffee pods, toast, jam and butter. Super clean. The air works great. However, no windows. We were in a room located on the top floor of a two-store level floor, and in my son's room, there was no window, and my room had just the top arch of a window that started on the floor below, and it had bars on it. I prayed that for two nights, nothing was going to happen, but in case of fire, we had no way to escape. This seems to be a pattern in all places we stayed in Italy (5 weeks travelling all over Italy), not at all or just a few windows. I will not recommend it for this reason.

It is absolutely misleading information provided by the Property and the Booking. I have not booked this room for 93 euro, I have booked the room for 45 euro. The booking and owner of the property obviously intentionally were misleading me. My Master Card has been charged twice for 93 euro. The currency rate for this booking of С$67 that was 45 euro. The owner of the property advised me to contact the ***********. I was provided with room for the price of С$67 that was exactly 45 euro. The currency of the price of С$67 has never been as 93 euro. The owner of the property has charged me for 93 euro. It’s absolutely ugly, disgusting, dirty and very small shower. It was one room where the shower was adjusted. It was frustrating and awful accommodation. I have never experienced anything like this stay before. My vacation was spoiled! Guys, please be careful with the ***********. I would like to warn all of the travellers that I was denied from any assistance or help from ***********. They have never replied to my numerous requests to help me with this bad accommodation and payment issue.

Definire questa cosa una struttura ricettiva è un insulto. Si tratta di una struttura fatiscente e sporca e completamente disorganizzata ( non vi fate ammaliare dal fatto che abbiamo un’applicazione : le indicazioni di Google Maps collegate all’applicazione vi porteranno in un posto sbagliato, non vi arriveranno i codici di ingresso quindi dovrete chiamare il numero di emergenza per farveli mandare e la porta della camera non si chiuderà in alcun modo). È veramente imbarazzante pensare che possano esistere realtà del genere, STATENE ALLA LARGA

Pessima esperienza!!!al check-in la porta non si apriva con il codice che avevo sull’app ho dovuto telefonare e dopo qualche inutile tentativo ho dovuto aspettare che arrivasse un’addetta che ha costatato che la serratura elettronica era guasta quindi ci ha dato la chiave per aprire e chiudere la porta.la mattina del check-out ci alziamo e mentre mio marito si fa la doccia si allaga la stanza perché la pompa del bagno si blocca .ovviamente il bagno non era utilizzabile e quando ho chiesto un’altra camera per portare in bagno il bambino per lavarlo mi hanno detto che tutte le altre camere erano occupate e non potevano farci nulla.dopo tante mie insistenze e tante telefonate alla reception è uscita una camera da poter utilizzare solo mezz’ora ma senza acqua calda perché la caldaia era guasta. Un disastro!!!!

Très belle chambre avec grande salle de bain...mais finalement très décevante ( WC qui grince quand on s'assoit, tuyau de douche qui fuit, lavabo joli mais pas pratique), la literie est moyenne. Beaucoup d'électronique pour rentrer dans la chambre et fermer la porte à clé en partant. Le problème est que ça ne fonctionne pas très bien. Il y a des boîtes à clés mais non identifiées. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout agréable et le petit déjeuner lui-même est très banal et répétitif. Tout est dans l'apparence.

Bella struttura, completamente ristrutturata, ricercata fin nei minimi particolari. Camera ampissima, estremamente elegante, letto grande e comodo, doppi cuscini, balconcino con il plus di tavolino e sedie, bagno perfetto con enorme doccia walk in...e apparecchio TV! Colazione adeguata, non ricchissima ma varia. Pulizia ineccepibile! Unica nota negativa l'utilizzo completamente digitale del check in, inadatto a un' utenza over 45/50 ...
