Great location, but less than stellar rooms. Need to be an escape room whiz to navigate the remote check-in. Breakfast was fantastic though.

Well located and easy to get in and out. Breakfast is just what they left on the table - Store-bought muffins, coffee pods, toast, jam and butter. Super clean. The air works great. However, no windows. We were in a room located on the top floor of a two-store level floor, and in my son's room, there was no window, and my room had just the top arch of a window that started on the floor below, and it had bars on it. I prayed that for two nights, nothing was going to happen, but in case of fire, we had no way to escape. This seems to be a pattern in all places we stayed in Italy (5 weeks travelling all over Italy), not at all or just a few windows. I will not recommend it for this reason.

It is absolutely misleading information provided by the Property and the Booking. I have not booked this room for 93 euro, I have booked the room for 45 euro. The booking and owner of the property obviously intentionally were misleading me. My Master Card has been charged twice for 93 euro. The currency rate for this booking of С$67 that was 45 euro. The owner of the property advised me to contact the ***********. I was provided with room for the price of С$67 that was exactly 45 euro. The currency of the price of С$67 has never been as 93 euro. The owner of the property has charged me for 93 euro. It’s absolutely ugly, disgusting, dirty and very small shower. It was one room where the shower was adjusted. It was frustrating and awful accommodation. I have never experienced anything like this stay before. My vacation was spoiled! Guys, please be careful with the ***********. I would like to warn all of the travellers that I was denied from any assistance or help from ***********. They have never replied to my numerous requests to help me with this bad accommodation and payment issue.

The fridge nor the hair dryer worked. Window in the bathroom has to be fixed. Humidity and mildew on the bathroom wall and the hall way to the bathroom, curtains dirty on the bottom from being so long no access to TV Channels,

It was a bit disappointing on the whole. There was no internet availability in our room (Rosso) at any point in our stay. The breakfast was disappointing; we asked for some milk but never received any and on the second morning we received no water or fruit juice. The lift was very small; barely big enough for 2 people with luggage.

The location was ideal to reach the city centre, the room was big, clean and well furnished. It was equipped also with coffee and tea machine and some small snacks. The self check-in was easy and convenient, we had a private bathroom.

Very nice and spacious room. Perfect location for exploring the city.

It was difficult to check in as we had to predict a time of check in about 24 hours ahead. We then had to contact them 30 minutes ahead to have someone meet us and open the building. There is no front desk check in. There was confusion as to which apartment we were to have . Also the description was for two bedrooms but we only ended up with one bedroom. It was clean and there was nice snacks, coffee and water bottles. Our family was very tired so we felt place was comfortable enough. One window was broken and could not be fully closed so the air conditioning was leaving the room a bit. Over all, I would say it would have been a bit better if we had gotten both rooms instead of one, which made it feel over priced.
