PPANCHALAs a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

We had done mass booking for our college ReUnion. Hotel Mgmt and every staff were friendly and helpful. All rooms were clean and welcoming. The hotel facilities were good. Food was quite tasty. All in all, everyone who attended our ReUnion event had a grand time … Thank you, Team Peerless Inn !

We recently stayed at Citi Residenci for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Positives: The service has notably improved since our last visit six months ago. One significant change was the correction in pricing for bottled water, which was charged as per MRP this time, unlike before. Room service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly to requests, a clear improvement from our previous stay. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and taste. Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was noticeable seepage on the bathroom ceiling, which caused a musty smell. The shower curtain was quite dirty, and the room itself had a stale odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The sofa chair in the room was worn out, and on the first day, some essential bathroom toiletries were missing. Despite the room's poor condition, the improvement in service made this stay better than our last. However, more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I had a night's stay followed by breakfast (which was a second time for me). All aspects from ease of locating, checking in, stay, rooms, food were more than satisfying. While on the way, the front desk staff provided me the booking and after 11:30 pm the Head Chef was there who personally guided me to select the dinner. Lucky to have a Goanese dish of Chicken Vindaloo with Poi bread on Chef's recommendation followed by their own brand of mango icecream. Each of those had distinct taste of authenticty. Moreover, the coutesu extended by all staff from checkin, to personal care during dining (night and breakfast) is worth mentioning. The security staff took care of the parking needs special mention. I plan to return for dining and / or stay at the next opportunity.

GGastnutzerProperty is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.
