An incredibly disappointing experience. The room I was initially given was underwhelming and smelled of mold badly. I asked for a refund only for the remaining days so not including the first day and the property manager refused, saying it was non-refundable and made a big fuss that I had contacted ******* first. We had to wait a day to switch rooms, so another night in the horribly damp smelling room. When we moved, the new room was even dirtier than before with hairs and dust as seen from the pictures. The management refused to see if anything was wrong, and as a result we simply left despite having over a week left on the booking. The apartments are below average quality with a tiny kitchen consisting of two electric fobs and poor quality equipment. Breakfast is limited and brought to your room for €9. For the price there are much, much better options in Barcelona. Do not come here if you are unsure! You will be left disappointed. The receptionists are kind and they sympathised with me but were unable to overturn the manager’s decision. I offered to give back the room so they could re sell it during my reservation to try to salvage something, and they re sold it and did not contact me. Poor management and even poorer rooms. Do not waste your money here.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms meant we all had a bit of space. The rooftop pool was a real hit. It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which took us into town to see all the attractions.

Hôtel avec un très bon accueil - les chambres sont spacieuses- L'hôtel est très propre Bien situé, proche métro, commerces et restaurants Le Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, servi dans la chambre, à l'horaire de votre choix est un plus. Parfait

L'appartement et le personnel était top, les dames pour le ménage super gentilles ! L'appartement est situé près de différents transports en commun pratique pour se rendre aux différents lieux à visiter ! Et la petite piscine sympa pour se rafraîchir
