Beim Einchecken gab es an der Rezeption kein Willkommensgetränk. In der Junior Suite gab es keinen USB-Ladeanschluss. Bitte halten Sie daher auch den Ladestecker bereit. Sehr unangenehm mit solchen Kleiderbügeln. Es wurden zwei Flaschen Wasser und vier Kaffeekapseln angeboten, die täglich gewechselt werden.

Es gibt keines der schlechtesten Hotels in Spanien, der Service ist schlecht und das Hotel ist grau

Amazing room, very friendly and helpful reception. Fantastic spacious bathroom with double sinks. Great location. Couldn’t be more happy that I booked this hotel.

We found the staff here quite rude, from our first arrival until checkout time. They had a bad service attitude and made us feel we were not welcome - truly unprofessional, especially since we'd just come from a wonderful stay at The Edition a few blocks away (go stay there instead!) While the hotel was beautifully decorated, I wouldn't stay again. The rooms were also not soundproof, so we could hear noisy neighbours across the hall throughout the night. The rooftop was nice, would have liked to enjoy the pool, but it was too cold during our stay.

If its your first time visiting Barcelona, your main places of tour is going to be the gothic area, El Born area so i highly recommend this place. You can pretty much walk anywhere. Casa Milla, Casa Batillo, The Catalunya square is nearby which is easy to go to the Aerobus station, from and to BCN airport. The hotel breakfast is wonderful, one of the best and high quality for a 4 star hotel! And the staff are super friendly as well. Their rooftop has a nice small bar with great view and a small pool. I think it’s filled with hot water since it is winter time. Super nice for its value!! One down side is that the room was a quite small. But i guess this is what you get for sleeping in a main inner city area

Not bad for staying in the ramblas , but very overpriced for what it is .. the street of the hotel is under construction so it was difficult to get a taxi or uber we had to walk around 100m to take a cab Price is very overpriced I wouldn't book it again The staff was very good Clean

It was nice hotel and was clean. Nice price. But image and real room is not really same.

The hotel is in a good location to visit Barcellona city center, the staff very kind and helpful, but the price is absolutely no reasonable, almost 250 euro for night, without breakfast, but I think the level of this hotel is no more than 150 Euro, from the pictures on the website it seems brand new, but instead the hotel is not very new, the layout of room quite poor and a little smelly, the public space seems not very clean, to be frank I am not satisfied at all, absolutely overprice.
