Wonderful customer service, but my family struggled with sleep, even with earplugs. The noise from the busy street outside was constant and quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the room was smaller than expected, which made it a bit cramped for our family. Despite these issues, the location was very convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. However, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms was a significant drawback.

Great location, walking distance to many activities, grocery shops, restaurants and close to the metro. Well maintained apartment with washer/dryer, dishwasher. Sparsely decorated with simple furnishings but we found our 2-bedroom comfortable enough for the 4 of us for few days stay.

We stayed on the 6th floor of these apartments. You can see Família Sagrada just. The apartment itself was fabulous for a family, the rooms are big bright and airy with everything you need. Including a coffee machine. The location is good for the Metro, it’s a fairly quiet area but not too far from anywhere. The staff are what upgrades this place from a really great place to a fantastic place. From the guy on the front door who opens it and calls the lift for you to Mireia who is the front of house manager. They simply cannot do enough for you, we were caught up in the air traffic control madness and had our flight cancelled at ten o’clock at night. We booked into an airport hotel for one night and Mireia booked us back into our apartment until we were able to fly home 4 days later allowing us to keep the room until we were going to the airport rather than us how to walk the city all day. Their kindness made a stressful situation a lot easier. If you are thinking of Barcelona you should definitely stay here.

A truly beautiful apartment with fantastic views from the balcony and all the necessary amenities. We were greeded by very friendly and kind hosts, who were ready to meet all our needs. Everything was clean and the apartment is close to the heart of the city. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff, modern spaces to stay with various commodities inside, everything very comfortable, tidy and safe. Couldn’t have asked for a better and happier experience and I would highly recommend it, made my trip to this beautiful city much better.

Buen apartamento, cómodo y bien ubicado. Muy amplio para 6 personas y con buena cocina. Camas cómodas y baños funcionales. Algunos aspectos de mantenimiento a mejorar. Dos supermercados cerca y buena hostelería alrededor

Hemos pasado unos días en familia y realmente ha superado nuestras expectativas. Especial mención merece Mireya quien en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Incluso solventó los pocos inconvenientes que tuvimos durante la estancia. Los apartamentos cuentan con todo lo necesario, destacar la limpieza, comodidad de las camas y la distribución del espacio. En cuanto a la ubicación nos ha parecido idónea, dado que se encuentra en un lugar de acceso rápido a cualquier monumento turístico e incluso se trata de un barrio muy tranquilo. Por lo tanto, recomendable sin duda, repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita.
