Barcelona Apartment Villarroel

Arrived at the apartment to realise that there is no reception on the apartment itself and have to walk to a different building with all my luggages which is 10mins away. Booked an apartment for 5 but only 4 chairs are given. The floor was dusty and one of the bed has sunken in. The hot water for the shower runs out so the last person is left showering in cold. The receptionist was really nice and friendly. Allowing me to check-in slightly earlier and able to store my luggages after checking out. The location of the apartment is pretty good, there's a market close by and the metro is only a few minutes walk away.

엘레베이터가 조금 무서워요. 방은 넓고 부엌에 기구도 잘 갖추어저있어요. 근데 쇼파베드가 꺼지고 창문이 고장나서 잘 안닫기고 오래된 느낌의 시설이라는 생각이 들어요. 보증금은 결제해야하는데 규칙을 잘 지키면 반환 잘돼요.

I stayed in the apartment with 4 other people and at first it seemed all good. However, even though the place was meant to be equipped with all the necessary stuff for 5 people we were missing both a chair and a body towel(leading one of us to dry himself with a hand towel). Moreover the hairdryer frequently stopped working due to a overheating problem(we had to wait several minutes before it was possible to use it again). In addition, when we first checked-in the instructions we were given for the check-out turned out to be wrong. In fact, when we asked the receptionists if we could leave the cards to enter the apartment to them(the reception and the apartments are located in two different buildings) at the moment of the check-out, they answered we could. So after leaving the apartment we went straight to the reception but we found no one inside(we made sure we were clear about the fact we had to check-out early in the morning, at about 6 a.m.). Consequently we called the number indicated for assistance on the door and they said we had to leave the cards inside the apartment, so we had to go back to the other building. Despite these major problems the place was well furnished with several kitchen items, such as pots and pans, a kettle and all sort of household appliances; however there wasn't enough dish soap. Definitely I don't recommend these apartments.

The room is big.Overall, it wasn't bad.When we arrived in this room, the food waste was not cleaned up. After 22:30, the hot water didn't come out.We are not protected from the sound of the outside! It is unreasonable for a deposit of 350 euros to be charged.

The apartment is suitable for a short stay and for those who are not looking for great comfort. The great thing about the apartment is that it has two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room and everything else you might need during your visit. You would like to leave the dishes for the dishwasher and washing machine. The biggest disadvantage is that you have to pick up the keys in a completely different place than the apartment. It is mandatory to pay 350 EUR. deposit, it was returned to me the day after I moved out. The location of the apartment is ideal, near the subway, 20 minutes on foot from the railway station (I rented a car). The area is safe.

We spent one night in this property and had a terrible experience. We had a rental car and we drove to the Sagrada Familia and parked in a covered parking garage, but once we left the garage someone broke one of the car glass and stole all our luggage, this person was following us since we left the hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, I don’t trust them.

It was a lovely property and was in a great location but our room was not clean. It looked as if it has not bee cleaned prior to our stay. Used toiletries and a dirty bathroom. Could have been much better.

Disrespectful and ignored our agreement regarding our stay, which was more than six days, to send someone to clean the apartment, also ignored our compliments about the elevator on the date of the check out, which was left broken and we were left to get down all the luggage, which was more than 100 kg from the seventh floor although we have been contacting them since 12 AM until 5 am also there was a broken lamp and the balcony was broken and we couldnt open it
