Excellent location although cleanliness and service are not the best. Not staying next time

The room is normal compared to other european cities. Location is very very good and i recommend to 1st traveller as it is close to most sites. The only thing is that the walls are thin. There is noise coming over especially if there are kids in the next room

It’s was best experience and awesome place to stay

This hotel is centrally located and you can get to many tourist attractions conveniently. The room might be small but truly cozy! If you show the reception your IHG membership, you will be allowed late check-out at 2 pm!

Extremely convenient location. A few minutes walk to and from aerobus station. There was some musty smell since my room was on ground level. They covered the smell with some spray. But luckily my room was not facing street so it was very quiet. The staffs were friendly and helpful. So all good for my stay.

The Hotel is in a convenient location, and the breakfast was good and abundant and service good , housekeeping was not as good as seem too many trainee while senior personal scarce both reception and technicians

Good location. Small and dark room. Cleaning service every day. Front desk very busy most of the time, difficult to have their attention.

Close to shopping area. Friendly front desk. Good value for the location and service. Nice decoration. I have a city view room. Can oversee main road but not noisy. May be a good choice if prefers a room with view.

位置不錯！去哪裡基本都是步行，附近有個韓麻辣燙 推薦 味道真的很不錯 ，還有個按摩腳的 35元一小時 也值得，酒店1500左右RMB 聖誕期間 就是網絡差點 要靠近窗户才有網絡，圖片和酒店沒啥關哈

地段一流，設施三流。服務不錯，也算噓寒問暖，推薦飯店和旅行路線。早飯也算豐富。就是這個朝內的房間，陰暗，一些本來加分的電子設施都是損壞的。房間隔音也差，2000多一晚實在很貴。不過地段太好了，出門就是購物大街，飯店也很多，交通也方便。

房間小，設施還可以，不是很透氣

攜程定的房間，被安排到裙樓一樓半地下室。房間陰冷潮濕。沒有加熱設施，空調也不制熱。4月初還是蠻冷的。蜷縮在被子裏一晚。 第二天問酒店，冷冷的告訴我就這樣。也沒有房間可以更換，滿房了。如果冷，就給多一條毛毯。😅 早餐服務生要我簽單，我説含早，就笑笑離開了。什麼服務啊！！！ 也不給延遲退房。總之，服務員都是愛理不理的樣子。
