They have thin walls and my room was situated next to an outdoor basketball court, it was very noisy the whole time of my stay and everything was underwhelming in general.

Das Zimmer war winzig und nur oberflächlich sauber. Badzimmer war etwas größer aber leider auch sehr gebraucht. Fenster vom Zimmer aus nur zum Innenhof - Aussicht und hörweite zum nächsten Zimmer. Außerdem sehr lauter Aufzug. Personal nicht freundlich, kein Guten Morgen oä. Wir baten die junge Rezeptionistin um eine Reservierung in einem bestimmten Restaurant, Als wir dort ankamen, gab es keine Reservierung! Sie hatte keine Zeit, da sie beim Handy spielen war.

Hotel is very clean & so cozy, near a city and sightseeing. We can walk about 10-15 min to Sangrada Familia. We got a great welcome, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a good quality. Although the room is small, it‘s a comfortable. Especially MS Joan Fraul and Mr. Jann Angel you are both so lovely, we appreciated for your great welcoming. We were so enjoyed the Rooftop bar. You of both made my day in Barcelona. For sure I come back here. ขอบคุณค่ะ

Lovely, easy stay in a fun, welcoming environment. Great location. Clean and modern hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were welcoming upon arrival and return. They were happy to book a taxi for me. Excellent communication. They contacted me via email before my arrival to see if they could accommodate me before the check-in time of 3:00pm. At one point, I thought I forgot something in my room when I returned home and the staff were empathetic and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My stay at Hotel SERHS Carlit was very good. I was treated with a bottle of local wine and chocolates in my spacious room. Lucky to have a view of the street through the Juliet balcony. The shower was large and amenities were okay. The hotel is about a 20-30 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Arco de Triunfo de Barcelona and Ciutadella Park. Special mention to Alberto, he was very helpful and quiet pleasant during my stay.

I went to Barcelona for 4 days to my best friend’s wedding, and it sounds like what was meant to be a happy and memorable trip turned into a nightmare. On the penultimate day, I went down for breakfast I was shocked and disgusted that someone was able to break into my room and steal all my belongings, including my passport leaving me with only the clothing I was wearing that day. Imagine if this person could have broken in whilst I was sleeping? This is a serious security breach, and I am concerned that the hotel was not doing enough to protect its guests.I hope this will help to raise awareness of the Hotel Serhs Carlit Barcelona’s security issues and may encourage the them to take steps to improve its security and the wellbeing of those who choose to stay there. As a guest, I entrusted the hotel with my personal belongings and my safety, and they failed to keep me and my belonging safe - without mentioning the mental health distressed which I was part of. I had to spend the rest of my trip trying to get a provisonal passport and replace some of the stolen belongings. Not a surprise that Serhs Carlit is not compensating me for the £2k of my stolen items. Serhs Carlit Hotel - this was a very stressful and expensive experience.

Location of this hotel was great for us. We only spent one night so we could explore Barcelona. The hotel was close to the metro. We arrived before checkin time but we could leave our bags to come back and check in later. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Our room was very clean but it was very very small. The bathroom decor was strange there was a glass type door and at the top of the bathroom going around it was also clear which made me wonder initially if there was a partition between room and bathroom. The bathroom facilities were good but be careful in the shower it can get quite slippy! If we were staying any longer than one night the room size would have been an issue. There was a lovely welcome in the room with two chocolates a lovely touch. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment.

The first thing to say about this hotel is the breakfast is every inch as delicious as the photographs on the website suggest. The lady who organises the breakfast is nothing short of a one woman show! The hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the main stretch. Lots of great places to eat and grab a coffee nearby. Reception were not able to help me with booking tickets which was an issue as my data roaming wouldn't work. The key to my door was faulty so on numerous occasions I would get four floors up and then have to come down again! Tips: The supermarket in the next street is the place to purchase bottled water. A 600% markup is a bit steep. The breakfast is 14 euro per person per day if you pay at the hotel but only 10 if you pay on the website when booking.

Perfect hotel for a business trip, breakfast buffet was incredible and very well connected from the city centre (both bus and metro connection). Reception team was very kind, and the cleaning service was impeccable , will definitely visit again.

Very nice hotel, very well located in the center of Barcelona in the Eixmple district, very close to the Sagrada Familia. Amazing breakfast!!! very recommendable. The staff has been very friendly at all times.
