Hotel novo, muito limpo, fiquei admirado por ter só 2 *. Atendimento excelente. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Excelente localização , entre Lisboa e Cascais. Quarto excelente com boas áreas é um excelente chuveiro coisa que eu aprecio. Ideal para passagem em negócios, uma ou duas noites.

ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. El único letrero es uno pequeño que dice ”Hotel local” en la puerta principal. En segundo lugar, el hotel es de alguna manera 4 estrellas, cuando en realidad no pasa de 2 estrellas. Algunos ejemplos de esto: terriblemente bajo mantenimiento, las paredes no se han limpiado probablemente desde que se construyó. Además, hay problemas de humedad en el hotel. El desayuno, es terriblemente malo. Parecido al desayuno de un hostel para mochileros. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Lo único bueno que se me ocurre en este hotel es probablemente las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina

Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung, das sehr gemütliche und effiziente Personal; das Frühstück war geschmackvoll und vielfältig. Das Zimmer hatte gute Größe für zwei Personen, ein komfortables und geräumiges Bett mit vielen Zimmerausstattungsstellen, sehr effiziente Blackout-Gräben und war gut klimatisiert. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Dusche, mit hervorragender Leistung und gut reguliert auf Temperaturebene. Die Insonorisierung des Zimmers könnte jedoch viel besser sein.

We booked for an overnight stay to see the EDPjazz concert in Cascais. My partner booked it and specified that she needed a low floor as she suffers from vertigo. On arrival we were told we were on the 4 th floor. Oops. Not a good start. The receptionist was very helpful and we said we would leave our case and go for lunch. The replacement room was on the ground floor facing the pool . Unfortunately the smelly rubbish bin with all the cigarettes ash was right in upside the window. The pluses . We had a working fridge ( unfortunately it made a generator noise all night) but the room was clean and beds comfortable. Air con and tv in room. Breakfast was good. Better than some 4 star hotels we have stays in . Would we stay again for a short break, probably yes. Car parking in the street by the hotel was free as some roads in the area were not. Very friendly staff.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

Wir kamen für 2 Nächte hier in Sintra und dieses B&B war fantastisch. Die Betten waren die komfortablesten Betten, die wir in einem Hotelzimmer hatten, das Zimmer wad tedy, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker und hatte eine Reihe von schönen Optionen. Die Brot und Croissants waren besonders gut. Der Service war ganz brillant. Wir kamen sehr spät (1am) aber wir fanden die Eincheckung super einfach dank Mariana. Insgesamt, ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Sehr empfohlen.

Mein Partner und ich haben zwei Nächte hier nach einem Stadthotel verbracht, für eine Entspannung. Wir haben den Preis für eine angemessene (~100 Euro pro Nacht) geschätzt. Der Pool und das Restaurant sind nur das, was wir brauchen. Der Pool liegt direkt über der Autobahn, aber die meisten Zeiten würden Sie nicht bemerken. Die Aussicht auf das Tagus-Treffen im Atlantik ist jederzeit schön. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, wir genossen besonders Frühstück. Das Hotel ist mit einem lokalen Massaker Nikita, der einen tollen Job auf meinen überarbeiteten Beinen gemacht hat. Zwei Tage vor, wir waren auf dem Sintra und Cabo da Roca Lichthaus, nach Praia da Aroeira, wodurch mich unglaublich wehgetan, immer noch (auch sicherlich wert und sehr empfohlen). Ich ging aus, fühlte mich entspannt und in weniger Schmerzen. Wenn Sie in diesem Hotel bleiben, ist die Massage nicht zu verpassen, nur für 40 Euro (plus Tipp, weil c'mon, wir sind alle gute Leute hier). Das Zimmer war bequem, obwohl wir eine kleine Klimaanlage hatten, wo die Luft nicht genug kalt würde für meinen warmgenaturierten Partner. Mit den Fenstern offen und dem Brise, war ich bequem. Das Bett war ausreichend für einen guten Schlaf der Nacht, obwohl mehr Kissen hätte geschätzt werden.

Wer gerne in historischen Gemäuern wohnt, ist hier genau richtig. Ein alter Palast, vollständig modernisiert und trotzdem historisch geblieben, mit einem neuen Anbau mit Blick auf den Außenpool und den Tejo, also quasi „Meerblick“. Der angeschlossene Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wird sogar in manch einem Reiseführer erwähnt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Parkhaus im Hotelkomplex (10 EUR/Tag), ferner über einen Spa-Bereich und neben dem Außenpool über einen Innenpool. Für Kinder ist neben dem Außenpool ein Spielplatz eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet, auch im historischen Altbau. Bei der Buchung sollte man darauf hinweisen, in welchem Bereich (Altbau / Neubau) man unterkommen möchte. Die Lage des Hotels zwischen Lissabon und Sintra ist optimal für Ausflüge mit vielen Highlights. Strände sind entlang der N 6 genügend vorhanden, vor allem im Bereich Estoril und Cascais. Der SPA Bereich inkl. Innenpool muss derzeit coronabedingt vorgebuc hat werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, ob im Bereich des Empfangs ebenso wie im Bereich Gastronomie. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich und hält vor, was man benötigt. Allein die Einnahme des Frühstück in den historischen Räumen mit einem sehr schönen Lüster und einem schönen Blick auf’s Wasser lässt den Tag gut beginnen, auch wenn die Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals beim Frühstück nicht immer optimal ist. Wer abends ein Restaurant sucht, sollte einmal die Küche des Hauses ausprobieren. Es lohnt sich. Auch hie giltr: Küche perfekt, Service perfekt (Danke Carla), Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Insgesamt: etwas Besonderes!

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, deshalb haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar klein und einige Geräte wie das Laufband sollten mal wieder gewartet werden, aber für mich hat es ausgereicht. Die Dame am Spa- Empfang ist leider etwas unfreundlich und ruppig, was einem den Aufenthalt nicht schmackhaft gemacht hat. Leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass beide Saunen im Spa außer Betrieb sind. Nun standen wir also mit unseren Bademänteln im Spa und es gab lediglich einen Pool, der in Betrieb war. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Spa und das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und vielleicht hätte man die Zeit in Corona für eine Renovierung nutzen sollen, dann kann man auch 5 Sterne vergeben. So sind es leider nur 3 Sterne geworden.

Super schönes,modernes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und absolut perfektem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber und die Lage ist für den Preis definitiv empfehlenswert, viel kann fußläufig erreicht werden und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
