Das Personal am Check-in-Schalter ist in Ordnung. Wegen der Hochsaison gibt es auf dem Weg nach Tanjung Bungah zu viel Stau. Das Essen im Hotel ist in Ordnung. Aber der Service war enttäuschend, da die Kommunikation zwischen dem Mitarbeiter und dem Schalter mangelte.

nice hotel, nice room that is very comfortable for a family of 4. the hotel staff is very nice friendly and helpful. In room dining is delicious and the price is reasonable. Breakfast buffet is nice however is good if hotel will add more variety of food and dessert especially penang food.

This hotel really suitable for those who want privacy and quiet environment. The room really comfortable and clean. Beach located just across the road which take about 5 mins walking from hotel. At night we chose to dine in room by hotel. Surprisingly the taste is so good and the price is really affordable. Overall, we really enjoyed stayed in this hotel. Will come again soon .

Location of the hotel is near to the beach and we can use buggy service to go there. Service all good and very satisfied with my staycation here. The room has a great view, Im so happy! Breakfast needs to have more varieties and toilet bowl need to be clean properly. Other than that, this hotel is very nice to stay in.👍

Toilet floor to bad. Tiles was crack and fill with cement. Shower valve not fully function. Sink stoper stuck causing water retain. Need to pull out using sharp item. All this was not maintain.
