Zweiter Besuch hier. Liebe die Vibes, mein erstes Hotel in Penang, wird sicherlich wieder besuchen. Frühstückswahlen mehr und vielfältiger aus meinem letzten Besuch. Hoffentlich kann der Geschmack des Essens bis zu meinem nächsten Besuch verbessert werden. Insgesamt ziemlich gut, ich genieße wirklich meinen Aufenthalt.

Ich kam gegen 10 Uhr im Hotel an und wurde vom Hotelpersonal informiert, dass der früheste Check-in um 14 Uhr sein wird. Im Allgemeinen waren die Hotelmitarbeiter höflich und professionell. Als ich das Zimmer buchte, bat ich um ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke und mein Zimmer war im 18. Stock. Fantastische Aussicht, teilweise mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein Dampfbad und einen privaten Pool. Großartig für Paare oder sogar für Familien. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Flughafens.

Set in Bayan Lepas and only 2.4 km from Hammer Bay Beach, 3-Bed Executive Suite, RumahKu @CEO offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has mountain and city views, and is 4.1 km from Queensbay Mall. The accommodation features a lift and a shared kitchen for guests. The spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and 2 bathrooms with a bidet. The air-conditioned unit at the property features a shower and a dressing room. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. Guests may chill out in the on-site lounge, while a minimarket is also available. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the apartment, while hiking can be enjoyed nearby. 1st Avenue Penang is 11 km from 3-Bed Executive Suite, RumahKu @CEO, while Penang Times Square is 12 km away. The nearest airport is Penang International Airport, 4 km from the accommodation.

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.
