Nice location, nice staff , nice service, Each and everyone was very cooperative , had great time , will go again in winters, although we were bit scared being first time to Kashmir and Gulmarg was the first stop but everything went good , the view was great sharing 1 picture from the garden of the hotel

This is our first time to Kashmir. We chose this hotel especially for our family. The location is very good, very close to all the Destinations Especially the famous tourist destination Gulmarg. They are exceptional with service and the rooms are so comfortable. Great location, really clean hotel, comfy beds, attentive staff, would definitely stay here again.Thank you

The property is in the main market. So very well connected to all the things. It's a wooden hotel. It does not have central heating system however there are heating blankets on your bed which is more than sufficient for your night sleep. They have in-house restaurants which serves scrumptious and freshly made food. We ate non-vegetarian food and it was amazing. The staff & the manager is courteous and always there to help you. We are looking forward to stay here for our next visit to gulmarg.

The hotel is located at a walk able distance from the Gondola ride. There are quite a lot of restaurants and shops nearby as well. The hotel seems quite old, but it is maintained well. The room had a heater, electric blanket and the bathroom had hot water all the time. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel has an in house restaurant which was good and tasty. One disappointment though, was the breakfast which we had included in our booking expecting it to be a buffet, but we were given choice to order from the menu which was mostly toasts and Bread omelets and did not have many options. Like everything in Gulmarg, the room rates were quite high for the facilities at the hotel, but the snow clad mountain view from our room compensated for it.

Leckere Lebensmittel, die nach Bedarf gesund, haben wir einen Vorteil, in der Saison zu bleiben ) Manager war genügend freundlich, um uns zu wählen und uns in der Nähe des Marktes für Einkaufen in seinem eigenen Fahrzeug zu bringen.
