Sehr gut konzipiertes Hotel. größer als das Leben. Wir hatten ihre Himalayan-Ansichtsbalkonzimmer genommen. Das war die perfekte Wahl.Wir genossen jedes Stück. Für ein ähnlich 85 Schlüsselhotel gibt es 375 Mitarbeiter, jeder bereit, Ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Restaurant ist hervorragend. In der Frontbüro, Ishfaq (Art ) und Muzemmil (Frieden ) sind über den Vergleich hinaus. Nur, höchst effizient, begeistert zu helfen und was nicht !!!! In dem Restaurant arbeiten sie hart, um Sie glücklich zu machen. Chef München und Südindischer Chef Vikram sind über den Vergleich hinaus. Varun ,, jemals lächelnde Manager. In der Service-Zone Sabrina, Rayees und Amir machen hervorragende Arbeit. Dieses ist Avery spezielles Hotel, jedoch, höchst teuer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Berge und Plätze gleichzeitig zu sehen. Wir hatten Glück, Schneefall und Schneebedeckte Gebiete aus der Vintage zu bezeugen. Zimmer sind gut, gemütlich und sauber. Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Kaffee ist klein, aber serviert schöne Kaffee mit Kuchen und Cookies.

This is our first time to Kashmir. We chose this hotel especially for our family. The location is very good, very close to all the Destinations Especially the famous tourist destination Gulmarg. They are exceptional with service and the rooms are so comfortable. Great location, really clean hotel, comfy beds, attentive staff, would definitely stay here again.Thank you

The property is in the main market. So very well connected to all the things. It's a wooden hotel. It does not have central heating system however there are heating blankets on your bed which is more than sufficient for your night sleep. They have in-house restaurants which serves scrumptious and freshly made food. We ate non-vegetarian food and it was amazing. The staff & the manager is courteous and always there to help you. We are looking forward to stay here for our next visit to gulmarg.

Warning: Stay away from this hotel! The value for money is worthless. Our stay was extremely bad, and safety is a major concern with loose electric wires in the showers—posing a serious hazard, even a potential threat to life. No water both in the morning and later in the day after skiing, making basic hygiene impossible. The central heating does not work in the rooms (even if you are told it works, do not be fooled). The dining room lacks cleanliness, and the overall state of the hotel is disgusting. Questionable hygiene practices, such as cleaning used glasses with a dry towel for reuse, raise serious doubts about food safety standards. The room itself was far from clean, no cover over the blankets, imagine how filthy this is. Addressing these issues with the staff and manager only resulted in worsening the experience due to their arrogance. 8 peoples with complaints were waiting in the lobby for the manager who was hiding in his own room according to the other staff that lacks any responsibility to answer questions of these guests. A regrettable and unsafe stay overall in Gulmarg.

I visited gulmarg 2 months back for one night stay and luckily it started snowfall so i could both enjoy snow and snowfall. Spacious rooms and bathroom with good view, room's are warm but if asked they'll provide portable heater. Service was nice. Food was also nice. Just the hotel location is a bit downhill other than that, all rounded was good. Cooperative staff. Would recommend and stay over again.
