it was comfortable and relaxing ,,food was very good and location is awesome ,,a very neat and clean location to stay in ,,staff was very nice and kids like the room and interestingly superb quality makes stay comfortable ,,,gandola is very near by ,,will move in by foot also

One of the best place to visit in whole Kashmir. I was in two months whether to go there or not. But the hotel itself is a visiting place. The food here served and the people here you cannot expect the same hospitality anywhere else I would like to give highest rating possible. 616 to Wi-Fi I did not expected the quality of food to be such good you ask for it, and you will get it

We stayed here for a day in Grand Mumtaz. It's beautiful hotel very clean. Thanks Mr Tariq house keeping manager for making our stay very comfortable. View of the room is marvelous and room garden view is beautiful. Staff is very very helpful.

It was an amazing stay at hotel grand Mumtaz, Gulmarg. Good food, ambience and hospitality. Thanks to all staff and Mr Nazir from front office for making it more comfortable. Looking forward to visit soon again and enjoy the beauty of Gulmarg

This beautiful resort is best in its own way be it warm welcome be it rooms food or services all are at it best We were family of three all special care was given to us so this was our special stay which was made by the complete team. Hats of to their hospitality

Excellent service. The food was great. We all went for a friend’s trip. Overall great visit to gulmarg. The staff built a bonfire for us, and there was karoake for us. We also did horse riding and went to gondola ride which the hotel people helped us a lot with.

We had a beautiful stay. The staff was very welcoming, helped us with our gondola bookings and horse riding. A special thanks to Mr. Anthony as well. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was amazing. A must visit place, I highly recommend.
