Wonderful stay. The hotel is super cute, and looks much better in person than in photos. Nazir, Sarjan and all of the other staff were courteous and helpful and the food was wonderful as well. Close enough to the gandola for a walk but also far enough to offer some peace. Will definitely consider booking this in the future.

Excellent property, neat clean rooms, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Met the housekeeping manager Mr Tariq. Very helpful and friendly ***. Very nice welcome with welcome drinks. Breakfast staff and everyone at the property have been very friendly and welcoming.

The over-all stay at Grand Mumtaz was comfortable and the service at the restaurant, Lazeez, by captain Tiger and Tahir was excellent and overall staffs from all departments were great and at call. Food was excellent. We wish all the best to the management.

Amazing Hotel in Gulmarg .grand mumtaz is best brand in Kashmiri.outstanding hospitality. Hotel is neat and clean .I have visit 3 times in grand mumtaz from last 3 years .housekeeping staff is professional and restrained. I would like to spacial Thanks to housekeeping manager Mr Tariq he helped us a lot he professional and helpful. Food and rooms are so nice recommend Grand mumtaz gulmarg

We had a lovely vacation in Kashmir and our stay at hotel Grand Mumtaz was awesome.The food at their restaurant was too good .I loved the ambiance and the service of all the staff at the Restaurant and the hotel. The quality of food was awesome and everything was taken care very well .The staff there was welcoming and took good care of everything .The quality of the food I would rate 10 out of 10 .I am looking forward for our next vacation in Kashmir at Hotel Grand Mumtaz.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED .Thanks to Tiger Zubair,Mansoar,Arshid and all the staff at the restaurant .

Very hospitable staff. Service was awsome. Food was sumptuous. Staff was helpful. Ambience was mesmerizing. Arshid, Tiger, Zubair from kitchen department made best food. We thoroughly enjoy view points and the valley. Scene was breathtaking.

They gave the nicest surprise for my birthday. A 3 layer cake with towel :p. The decoration in the room with balloons and nicest colour full layers with candle night dinner. Thank you so much Tariq (Manager house keeping) , Jahangir Pandit and rest of the house keeping staff for making my day so special.
