Alle gebrochen. Morgens wach, war in dem Zimmer Kaffee zu machen ...Die K-Tassen waren da, aber NO COFFEE MACHINE! Sie mussten zum Vorderdeck gehen und sie hatten einen aufgeschickt. Er hat es alles aufgestellt, sah durch die K-Tassen, keine regelmäßige Kaffee. Zurück zum Vordertafel, um eine regelmäßige K-Tasse zu finden, aber sie waren draußen. Er fand endlich einige, aber zu spät, wir waren für den Tag weg. Jetzt waren die Zimmer ...Kleider geschluckt, sie waren einfach zu dünn, wie in dünn wie ein Schlaf auf einem Schrank. Die Badezimmertür würde nicht lauten, so konnten wir die Tür nicht verriegeln, wenn wir das Badezimmer nutzen. Aber der schlimmste Teil der Badtür war es erschüttert! Der Platz ist schöne Zimmer sind schöne Einrichtungen sind schön, außer dass es sagt, Schrank und Mikrowelle auch enthalten, aber nicht wahr es gab keine Mikrowelle und kein Schrank Ich habe nichts an das keine Schrank, aber ich hätte gern eine Mikrowelle. Das Mädchen war nett, aber nicht ein angenehmes Mädchen, plus sie war uns auf den Schnell. Anderes als das alles andere war ok, glaub ich.

Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.
