QQIXINDer Parkplatz ist groß, im Freien und kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Dekoration ist ziemlich alt. Der Service insgesamt ist gut. Es liegt am Rande der Stadt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es ist sicher.

KKevinThis hotel was fantastic. The retro look and attention to detail in the rooms made this hotel an enjoyable experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The price was also fantastic. If you are on the fence about booking, do it, as you won't be disappointed.

JJavier A. RoqueThe customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

GGastnutzerReceptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and clean. The showerhead needs to be replaced. The water pressure is not that good and there was no fan that worked in the bathroom.
No free breakfast. However, they do have a wait surface kitchen. Paid six dollars for one egg and another six dollars for one piece of bacon.

徐徐Der Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist sehr gut und sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmeranlage ist auch relativ groß, d.h. ich weiß nicht wie ich die Zimmerkategorie bei der Buchung unterscheiden soll, die Zimmerkategorie fühlt sich im Nebengebäude an, sieht aus wie ein Motel aus dem Draußen ist das Fenster der Hotelparkplatz, dann ist draußen Highspeed, etwas laut, das Zimmer wird im Haupthaus besser sein

GGastnutzerSo close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

GGuest UserIch dachte, die Lage war großartig. Das Zentrum ist relativ langsam bewegen, aber es scheint einen einfachen Zugang zum Rest der Stadt zu schaffen. Die Zimmer sind relativ grundlegende ich muss die mit einem aktualisierten Bad und die ohne erleben. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr fehlend und der Pool ist noch mehr so. Personal ist getroffen oder vermisst. Einige Leute waren nett und aufmerksam, andere waren nicht. Es wird sicher gebaut, so dass es die Klangen davon, die überall im Hotel passieren. Nichts, was wirklich negativ oder positiv ausfällt.

SStephen CornwellHotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
