Stayed 2D1N a week before the ***** chinese new year break. Parking was ample. Location was easy to find.
The king deluxe room we got was on high floor. Check in was 3pm and checkout at 12pm (thanks!).
Room was huge for 2, spacious and clean. Loved that the room had a lounge sofa.
Reception staff was so polite & friendly. She offered to fill my bottle when she saw that I mistook the ice dispenser for water dispenser. Parking redemption at the reception was hassle free too w our touch n go card.
Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in need of some maintenance. The toilet bowl seat is not tightened. It's so uncomfortable sitting on it. The lamp hiding behind the mirror in the toilet has dropped out and wires are exposed. The window next door could seem from my room thus talking from them could be heard so clearly. The good thing is that the people here are really very friendly and nice.

Basic Hotel mit Einrichtungen wie einseitige Slips, Zahnbürsten & Paste, heiße/kühle Dusche funktioniert, Körper Seifen-Dispenser in Dusche, Hand- & Badhandtücher bereitgestellt - 1 Satz von Handtüchern war dick & fluffy, die andere Satz war dünn & grau, Bidet, Haartrockner, Kettle, Kaffee- und Gewürze, Flaschenwasser, kalter Klimaanlage, klare TV-Bilder in allen SG und lokalen Kanälen, komfortable Bett und Kissen. Die einzigen Rückschläge sind keine sichere Einlagerungsbox im Zimmer, Fingerabdrücke gefärbt Glastisch und stickigem Boden. Relativ sauber und nicht für OCD-Gäste. Jedoch kann die Reinigkeit verbessert werden. Beste der Dinge, liebe die strategische Lage. Umgeben von Cafés, Restaurants, pubs und Massage und nicht-halal-Essen ist in der Nähe leicht verfügbar. Es gab ein pub direkt gegen Ende des Blocks, das laut Live-Musik jede Nacht spielte, aber ich habe nichts gehört. Es war alles ruhig in meinem Zimmer und ich schlief gut. Sutera Mall ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich habe nicht den Spa im Hotel versucht, weil ich das volles Massage lieber. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses Hotel.

Sehr gut
CCCEHRoom is considered clean but a little old. Some fittings are falling off. Should consider a renovation or do some proper maintenance. Mattress is very soft, some people may or may not like it.
Quite quiet at night, few eateries with good food and mini mart close by. Overall ok. Parking not difficult to get.
Would recommend for short stay.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und bietet eine gute Ausstattung.
Zimmer mit TV (ca. 15 Kanäle) und u kann auf Anfrage Eisen- und Haartrockner verwenden
Nehmen Sie das Frühstückspaket. Es ist im Restaurant auf GF serviert. Sie können zwischen Nasi lemak oder Nasi/mee goreng set wählen. Sie erhalten 1 Mahlzeit. Es gibt freie Ströme Toasts, Getreide, Seitengerichte (Curry Puffs n samosa) und Obst. Tee, Kaffee und Saft auch.
Lage weise, ziemlich strategische. Viel Restaurants um, die meisten sind mamak. 24h 7eeven innerhalb 200m Fuß. Kip Mall ist nur auf der anderen Straße. Paradigma Mall ist sehr nah, und Sie sind nur eine Ausfahrt von der Hauptstraße.

Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way.
Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there.
With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much.
Plus point, hotel parking.

JJosephineI had stayed in this Hotel twice before. My previous two occasions were not allocated a corner unit.
This time I was allocated a corner unit which was great, but outside my room there were 2 ironing boards and hangers on the wall, there was also a wall fan. It is a good initiative to have ironing provided but not in the corridor. After 10pm there were many paxs ironing clothes at the corridor talking loudly and laughing loudly. In the morning, as early as before 7am, I can hear paxs ironing again. The sound of iron hitting against the ironing board is loud and when the fan is switched on, the sound of hangers hitting each other is also Irritating. we checked out early at 10am instead of 12noon as the noise is irritating. Everything was perfect except the noise in the corridor.

DDoreen TooI booked Executive King Room based on the reviews online. However I was very disappointed with the following:
1) The access door card denied me twice. I have to go to the reception twice to sort it out. Apparently they programmed different room number for my room.
2) The water for the shower leaked from the water pipe instead of came out from the shower head. The pressure was so low that I gave up to wash my hair.
3) There were hairs in the bathroom. Cleanliness need to be improved.
4) Whole night I can hear loud music from the bars nearby. Poor sound proofing as every now and then hear guests closing doors.
Honestly, I really think it didn't deceived the high rating. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

CCINWe like the location where there are alot of eateries, minimart and a mall within walking distance.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrive an hour before check in time and the staff help to do registration so we do not have to wait.
The room is consider clean.
But the facilities is really poor. Though I saw someone said they have done the reno recently. I think they yet did anything. The furniture are slightly chipped. The tap is not fixed probably though it is still in working condition. The worse part is the lift is still not fixed. Climbing up the stairs is a torture with all our shopping.

Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Aufenthalt wünschen, kann es für Sie nicht geeignet sein, weil die Soundproofing schlecht ist. Aber im Allgemeinen sehr schön zu bleiben! Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Toilet not so big space but ok clean. Wifi working good. I like this hotel location in Skudai Baru near to Senai airport, UTM and nearby eateries. Overall, good stay & worth money paid.
