Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel geblieben und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung, vor allem aufgrund der sehr freundlichen und willkommenen Mitarbeiter. Ich würde jedoch meinen Aufenthalt 6/10 bewerten, da es mehrere Bereiche gibt, die Verbesserungen benötigen.
Schwimmbaderlebnis: Obwohl wir die Regel der Verwendung von Schwimmkappen respektierten, wurden die gelieferten Kapseln wieder verwendet, immer noch nass, und es gab einen unbehaglichen Geruch. Dies war ziemlich unhygienisch und sollte bewältigt werden.
Towel Policy: Wir mussten sich beim Eintritt in den Pool registrieren, was gut war. Allerdings war die Beschränkung, den Towel zurück in das Hotelzimmer zu bringen, ungünstig, da wir ihn zurückzugeben, während immer noch nass.
Die Kinderzimmer und der Fitnessraum waren nicht zugänglich, da unsere Zugangskarte nicht funktionierte, auch kein Hotelpersonal in der Innenstadt. Das war frustrierend, da wir diese Einrichtungen nicht nutzen konnten.
Renovierungsstörung: Das Hotel wurde durch Renovierungslärm umgeben, was es schwierig machte, während unseres Aufenthalts vollständig zu entspannen.

Repeated stay due to convenient location with shopping malls, eateries and tourist attractions.
However the check in experience was bad, wonder where are all the friendly n welcoming front desk staffs? Guests gotta greet them first before they greet guests😂 Used to meet many friendly n smiling FD staffs during my visits to stay at Hatten and even recommended my friends to stay at Hatten.
But the standard of proffessionalism seems to drop.🤔My room aircon not cold enough n the room is humid, since only 1 night stay for this trip, the tiredness n the check in experience puts me off for a room change🙁
Almost slipped n fell in the bathroom due to water leaking to floor after shower. After checking maybe due to old rubber glass door strips not covering the full door panel thus causing water to escape😱😤
Despite all above, it is still my first choice n a good clean hotel to stay.😃
Just hope the hotel can go through some renovation to refresh and upgrade the rooms as some counter surface in the bathroom areas are chipped. Hope to see some family rooms with x2 double beds or x1 queen bed with x1 single bed with views too!😃

Die Sanitär- und Zimmerausstattung ist durchaus zufriedenstellend, aber nicht überragend
Ich war ziemlich überrascht von der Reichhaltigkeit des Frühstücks mit Aromen aus aller Welt, aus Indien, Malaien und China. Der Fisch und die Chicken Nuggets in der malaiischen Küche sind sehr lecker😋

After 10 years, I finally returned to Melaka – this time with my brand new wife (yes, upgraded travel companion 😄). I must say, Melaka has truly transformed! From attractions to food, my 3D2N trip was packed with fun, flavour, and lots of walking – no regrets!
But what really made this trip extra special was our stay at Dusit Princess Melaka. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth like butter. The service? Outstanding. A big shoutout to the lovely Club Floor staff Sophia (always smiling and helpful), Sitwan the luggage hero (hope I spelled it right!), and the ever-friendly doorman – you guys rock!
I’ve stayed in top hotels like JW Marriott South Beach Singapore, Intercontinental Robertson Quay, and Mondrian Duxton Singapore – and honestly, Dusit Princess Melaka is right up there with them. Comfortable room, excellent facilities, spotless cleaning (even my wife gave it a thumbs-up – and she’s picky!), and great amenities.
Both my wife and I are super happy with this trip – heart full, belly full, and memories made.
We’ll definitely be back – don’t forget us ya! 😄

Rooms are clean. Staff polite and obliging. However, the mattresses in the rooms need to be changed. I stayed in two different rooms during this trip and found the that the mattresses were too soft. My whole body sank into the mattress and I could not get a comfortable sleep on both nights.

Wenn Sie weg von diesen geschäftigen Gegenden und doch nicht zu weit weg sein möchten, ist dies eine gute Unterkunft. Angeblich von vielen Geschäften umgeben, aber aufgrund einer Pandemie wurden viele Geschäfte geschlossen.
Das Personal hier war freundlich. Während meiner Check-in-Zeit, da es zu früh war, gab mir diese indische Dame (sieht aus wie eine Krippe) einen Gutschein für einen hauseigenen Parkplatz und ließ mich mein Auto zum Mittagessen parken. Sie versucht auch, mir nach Möglichkeit beim frühen Check-in zu helfen.
Für Zimmergröße nicht so geräumig wenn man mit zu viel Gepäck bei 2 Personen übernachtet.
Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Eco Tree Hotel zufrieden.

### Bewertung des Hotel Majestic Malacca
Ich war vor kurzem im Hotel Majestic Malacca und hatte gemischte Erfahrungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ich genoss ein schönes Badewannenerlebnis, was ein Highlight war. Die Schallisolierung im Zimmer ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig; ich konnte bis Mitternacht Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, daher wäre es vielleicht hilfreich, bei der Buchung ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer anzufordern.
Außerdem kam ein deutlicher Rauchgeruch aus dem Nachbarzimmer und das Kissen hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Ich fand die Matratze für meinen Geschmack zu weich, was meinen Komfort beeinträchtigte.
Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Kaffeemaschine und ich schätzte es, dass ich zusätzliche Kapseln anfordern konnte. Mir gefiel auch die umweltfreundliche Note, Glasflaschen für Trinkwasser zu verwenden. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass Dinge wie Cup-Nudeln und Getränke im Kühlschrank kostenpflichtig sind.
Das Frühstück bestand aus einem À-la-carte-Menü, das nur durchschnittlich war – akzeptabel, aber nichts Besonderes. Ich hatte keine Zeit, das Fitnessstudio oder den Swimmingpool zu erkunden, da meine Tage damit ausgefüllt waren, durch die Stadt Malakka zu laufen.
Die Toilettenausstattung entsprach jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen in Anbetracht des Zimmerpreises. Ich denke, es würde ihnen gut tun, ein besser riechendes Duschgel und Shampoo zu verwenden.
Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass das Personal freundlich war und während meines gesamten Aufenthalts guten Service bot. Hinter dem Gebäude gibt es Parkplätze, aber als Frau, die spät zurückkam, war ich froh, aus Sicherheitsgründen vor dem Hotel parken zu können.
Insgesamt sorgten die Sauberkeit und der Service trotz einiger Nachteile für einen anständigen Aufenthalt.

Das ist unsere 2. Zeit in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Es ist ein Gebäude mit eigener Komposition. Viel Parkplatz. Es wird neben einem Kreuzfahrtschiff Jetty gebaut (nicht sicher, wenn es in Betrieb ist). Zimmer ist groß, haben alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Haartrockner, Zahnbürste, Shampoo usw. Der Shampoo ist Dove Marke, die gut ist, wie es Feuchtigkeitsspritze hat. Bett ist super groß und komfortabel, Wasserdruck ist gut und Klimaanlage ist nicht schallhaft. Wir hatten hier eine gute Nachtschlaf. Einige POI sind wandelbar. Jonker Straße wird ein wenig entfernt (ca. 20 Minuten einfach zu Fuß). Im Gegenteil ist ein Einkaufszentrum. Insgesamt ist ein gutes Hotel zu bleiben.

This was our second time here. All good; hotel staffs were truly attentive, warmth and professional. Room was cozy smells nice and we got new set of towels. They offered early check in as i arrived at 1pm. However, bidet pipe hose in room 303 was leaking severely, made water spillage and splashed everywhere. Cannot poo poo properly, made my attire all getting wet. Appreciate if hotel mngment could fix it asap. Overall tq for the hospitality.

Ames Hotel melaka was super comfortable, the bed size is big and I love the bathtub too.
The only thing I think needed to improve was Gym , two treadmills were out of order at the same time The machine is quite old.
The swimming pool there towel is finished .
Hopefully next time can provide more towels so that we can use it after swimming.
Overall this hotel is fantastic just some facilities could be improved.

XXihaxiaodaiziDas Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Malakka-Fluss und der Jonker Street entfernt. Das Hotel ist auch sehr schön und hat eine tolle A**osphäre. Allerdings ist die Schalldämmung des Zimmers möglicherweise nicht besonders gut, denn als wir ankamen, waren die Kinder so aufgeregt, dass sie im Zimmer plauderten und lachten, und in der Folge klopfte es an der Tür von nebenan . Der Raum ist sehr groß, aber es gibt einen Schrank, den ich nicht fotografiert habe. Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass die Lage in dieser Ecke nicht besonders harmonisch ist, weil der Schrank dort etwas alt ist Es riecht nach der Zeit im Inneren, ebenso wie der Waschbeckenauslauf im Badezimmer. Ich persönlich finde das Design nicht sehr menschenfeindlich, haha. Alles andere ist ziemlich gut! Wir haben zufällig das chinesische Neujahr gefeiert und auch Orangen geschenkt, also viel Glück!

GGastnutzerThe hotel looked elegant and nice. But they need to improve more on the cleanliness and services. For example, the tv in our room was merely just another piece of furniture to me as there's nothing on it, as called the room service, the sent people to look into it, and get it fixed with few basic channels ( unclear and blurry screen that needs to be adjusted in the antenna). Then the bathroom screens were scribbled and it was fixed ( not as what I saw in the video where the screens supposedly can be rolled up and down whenever needed). When I confronted these things with the front desk, they said this is what it is for the room I booked, and only the executive rooms are equipped with android TV and many other things. I was disappointed in this matter. But besides this, the hotel was a great choice, the food was nice and there are a variety of selections available. Overall, it was 70% satisfaction and 30% expecting betterment.

CChikibumbum92Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass wir im Bayview Hotel einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Namen der Mitarbeiter sind Muhammad und Wafi. Der Check-in-Vorgang verläuft reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit war der Raum perfekt vorbereitet. Wiederholung bestätigen. 😎❤️👍🏻

YYKSee90I recently stayed at Hotel Tamara Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights. While the hotel looked new, clean, and modern from the outside and the lobby area was quite stylish and spacious. Unfortunately, my stay didn’t go entirely smoothly.
🚪 Check-In & First Impressions
The check-in process was fine, and the hotel interior looked polished, with a clean reception area and bright decor. The staff were polite and attentive, which I appreciated.
🚽 The Main Issue: Toilet Smell
However, the biggest issue during my stay was the unpleasant smell coming from the toilet in our initial room. I reported it to the front desk, and they quickly sent housekeeping to clean it thoroughly, which I appreciated. Sadly, even after cleaning, the smell returned later that evening when we came back from dinner.
We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked that night. The only available option was a twin bed room, which wasn’t ideal, but we had no choice as the toilet smell was really unbearable. Thankfully, the second room was much better. Clean, no odor, and everything worked as expected. I’m glad the hotel team managed to accommodate our request despite being full.

• Quick response from staff when I raised the issue
• Second room was clean and comfortable
• Nice touches like bright flowers and a decorative trishaw in the lobby
👎 What Could Be Improved:
• First room had serious plumbing/sanitation issues
• It took a room change to solve the problem
• Twin bed instead of a king, not ideal, but understandable due to availability
⭐ Final Thoughts:
Overall, this was not the most pleasant hotel stay due to the room issue. However, I do give credit to the staff for trying their best to help. If maintenance improves and the rooms are better checked before guests arrive, the hotel has good potential.
Rating: 6.5/10
I might consider staying again, but only if I’m assured of a properly maintained room.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe letzte Woche wieder in diesem Hotel geblieben und es war eine weitere große Erfahrung. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, das ist einer der Hauptgründe, warum ich immer wieder zurückkomme. Der Preis ist vernünftig, das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, und das Design ist absolut schön. Hoch empfohlen für Komfort und Wert.

Room has many things need done after check in. For eg. 1 room has no remote control, no mosquito control, fridge is emitting heat instead of cold air, entrance door got difficulty to push open, room w queen bed (bidet is leaking water when turn on). Maintenence is prompt thankfully, so no complain. Except didn't got chance to inform of the leaking bidet.
Aircon was ok. Not so hot, not so cold. But the cold air don't travel throughout the room, only at specific area.
Breakfast at 8am was so so. Not much variety. Family was looking forward to half boiled egg, but by the time, they want, its gone. The topping up is not haste, in general. Not sure, if it is due to manpower. Nasi lemak not enough lemak. Mee tai bak was bland, curry tasted slight diluted. The rest was ok. The coffee machine drinks are excellent, even tho there is 2 machine, the waiting for the drink takes awhile. Which is understable.
Check out was smooth.
If I'm given a choice to come back. Only for the room as there is privacy. And it's convenient for my mil as she is wheelchaired. As the room is near the lift. Breakfast no.

An der Rezeption gibt es Englisch- und Chinesischdienste und es gibt auch kostenlose Karten der Touristenattraktionen in Malakka. Karten haben unseren Besuch in Malakka schon immer geleitet. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Schwimmbad zu klein ist.

It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. The breakfast food is the same all the day during my stay, which I think should do a rotation basis, to accommodate the people whom stay longer. Overall, good job.
