Die Betten sind gut, aber die Kissen sind alle hoch und es gibt keine andere Wahl. Das Frühstück war großartig und viel besser als zuvor. Es ist ein Quasi-Fünf-Sterne-Hotel und ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es gibt kein Schwimmbad, aber es wird nicht benutzt. Es liegt nicht weit außerhalb der Stadt, aber es gibt keine unterstützenden Einrichtungen in der Umgebung. Muss ein Auto haben, um in die Stadt zu kommen?

We stayed at Novotel Hotel for two days with family. The first thing is the location of the hotel, It is centrally located and has good connectivity from the airport and all the heritage sites. Now, I start my experience at this property. When we reached the hotel, they served welcome drinks and started the check in process. The staff at reception was very professional and cooperative. The standard check in time is 2 pm but they managed for us to check in early at 12 Hrs. The property is newly built so everything in the hotel was fine. The interior, washroom, cupboards, bed and sitting all were so clean and comfortable. The rooms have all the modern amenities. The breakfast was so delicious and full of variety. The best thing at breakfast was the live counters, from where you can order a dosa, uttapam, pan cake etc as per your choice. The staff at the dining area was so caring, they were entertaining each guest individually, serving the food as per their choice on table. If I remember correctly , Mr Rishabh, one of the staff in the dining area, was so caring, he came to our table many times to ask for food and drinks etc. My kids also enjoyed themselves there a lot, they had fun at the swimming pool. Finally, I would like to appreciate the overall hospitality of Novotel.

Wir haben ein Zimmer gebucht von 14.12.22 bis 18.12.22 Die Ankunft war sehr bescheiden und *** fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer das furchtbar war, nur Oberflächlich gereinigt und der Geruch war grauenhaft. Der Geruch war sehr modrig wie wenn ein Raum sehr lange feucht ist. Die Klimaanlage hatte auch einen unangenehmen Geruch verbreitet. Wir haben die Rezeption angerufen und das Problem geschildert, und haben ihnen mitgeteilt wir wollen das Zimmer wechseln, die meinten alles kein Problem. Soweit alles gut. 1 Stunde später kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einen Duft Spray und hatte mit unserer Anwesenheit den Teppich, Vorhänge und das Bett eingesprüht und meinte danach alles ist in Ordnung der Geruch ist jetzt weg und wir können im Zimmer bleiben. Meiner Meinung von Dreistigkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Diesen Vorfall haben wir danach der Rezeption geschildert und die meinten, das das Zimmer sauber ist und sie können nichts machen, wir sollen warten bis zum nächsten Tag. Insgesamt haben wir uns 3 Stunden vertrösten lassen mit der Antwort von der Rezeption das sich jemand darum kümmert. Wir haben uns entschieden das Hotel zu verlassen, als wir das der Rezeption mitgeteilt haben, war ein Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und hat innerhalb von 5 Minuten ein neues Zimmer für uns, währenddessen war eine zweite Mitarbeiterin anwesend und hat mit den hilfsbereiten *** diskutiert, so auf die Art die werden kein neues Zimmer bekommen und wenn schon sollen sie hald das Hotel wechseln. Das neue Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war danach in Ordnung. Nach diesen Vorfall hat uns die Rezeption bei mehreren Anliegen einfach links liegen gelassen mit der Aussage es wird sich jemand darum kümmern und haben danach nichts mehr von ihnen Gehört. Der außen Bereich des Hotels ist nicht wie auf den Bildern, es ist einfach nur eine leere Fläche. Es gibt einen Innenhof der ca. 7x7 Meter ist mit 4 Tischen. Frühstückspersonal sehr durcheinander, haben uns mehrfach Bestellungen von anderen Tischen gebracht. Auch eine unangenehme Atmosphäre. Das reinigungspersonal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel bieder ausschließlich vegetarisch essen an. Diese Information ist nich auf den Websiten auffindbar. Zusammengefasst möchten wir sagen das der Preis es auf keinen Fall wert ist sich für dieses Hotel zu entscheiden, alles in einem ein unangenehmer Aufenthalt. Für Leute die den Service von 5 Sterne Hotels kennen und in dieser Preisklasse Hotels wählen. Nicht empfehlenswert

Murughar resort and spa exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in jodhpur. Nestled in the heart of the city, this resort transports you back to the regal era of rajwada. The ambiance is truly enchanting, making you feel like royalty from the moment you step foot on the premises. The staff at murughar resort and spa deserve special commendation for their exceptional hospitality. They were not only supportive but also exuded impeccable manners, making our stay truly memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Now, let’s talk about the food - absolutely divine! the flavors were exquisite, and each dish was a culinary delight. I highly recommend trying out the various delicacies offered at the resort’s restaurant. Despite initial hesitations due to misleading information from local rickshaw drivers, i can confidently say that murughar resort and spa is conveniently located, just a short 20-25 minute drive from the railway station. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I am beyond pleased with my experience at murughar resort and spa and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to jodhpur. It has certainly become my go-to choice for accommodation whenever i’m in the city. A solid rating of 10/10 doesn’t do justice to the exceptional experience i had - i would give it 100 extra points if i could!

Right from the moment you enter taj , you start to feel that warmth and display of utmost level of professionalism from your team. The efforts of the entire team added to our anniversary celebration. Great experience with pawan ji and food are very good.we are happy with the service.we held meeting here and the service of the meeting hall is so good and staff is very helpful and polite.location wise it's very near to railway station and other great places of jodhpur.

We recently spent a night at RAAS Jodhpur in their stunning Luxury Suite, and it was truly a memorable experience. The suite itself was beautiful, and the highlight was definitely the view of the magnificent Fort, which looked enchanting all lit up at night. Watching it from our balcony was a treat! For dinner, we dined at the Stepwell Rooftop Restaurant, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and, of course, a perfect view of the fort as well. The food was delicious, and the ambiance made our meal even more special. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Stepwell, and the new rooftop restaurant is just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the heated pool, which was set at a comfortable 28 degrees – perfect for a relaxing dip! Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, our stay at RAAS Jodhpur was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß und ziemlich unverwechselbar. Beim Auschecken kam ein Kellner, um das Gepäck zu tragen und das Zimmer zu überprüfen. Vor mir bestellte ich jeden Artikel, den ich ausgab, und bat mich dann, rauszugehen und die Tür abzuschließen. Das Hotel vor dem Hotel in Indien war sehr gut. Das heißt, diese Operation hat mich betrunken gemacht. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellner, der den Bahnhof abholt, kann kein Englisch, wir finden ihn, er bestätigt auch zur Bestätigung, große Nacht, wirklich hübscher SB, hehe. Es gibt viele Leute, die morgens um 7:00 Uhr Yoga praktizieren.
