I booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

Immer wieder schöner Aufenthalt. Thanks to Mr Soleh, Mr Agus Septiawan und Ms Melati, wir hatten sehr gute Übernachtungen. Wir hatten Suite-Room, hat kleine Küche und schöner Blick von Jakarta Skyline. Schade dass das Hotel keine gute Glasfenster, am sonsten ist der Blick sehr schön. Das hotel selber liegt sehr strategisch, fussläufig zum MRT, Einkaufzentrum Pointsquare aber auch Plaza Pondok Indah.

Ich blieb am 16. Februar 2023, das erste, was ich mag war der schnelle Eincheckprozess und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das ist das, was ich bedauere, nach dem Einchecken und wollte einen Zimmerservice bestellen und es dauerte so viel Zeit (sehr schwierig, den Zimmerservice zu erreichen). Nach 15 Minuten versuchte ich, den Zimmerservice zu erreichen und schließlich mit der Rezeption unterstützt. Nach der Bestellung, das Essen dauerte so lange, um ins Zimmer zu kommen (mehr als 1 Stunde) und ich musste nach der Rezeption gehen, um sicherzustellen, ob das Essen geliefert wird oder nicht. Leider, als ich an die Rezeption ankam, sagte sie, dass das Essen geliefert werden würde. Und ich ging sofort zurück ins Zimmer. Auch wenn im Zimmer keine Entschuldigung oder was. Ich hätte besser über Gojek oder Grab kaufen können. Abgesehen davon, zu dieser Zeit in Zimmer 717 war auch eine der Lichter im Schlafzimmer aus und die Seife im Badezimmer leckte, so müssen Sie vorsichtig sein, wenn Sie zum Bad gehen wollen. Schließlich, aber nicht zuletzt, gibt es keiner von euch, die einen Namenstag verwendet, so dass ich jeden von euch nicht erkennen kann. Nicht sehr empfohlen.

Very near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Sudirman center offices, and Mega Kuningan business district. Private & safe environment, very easy to find. Sunrise and city night view from the room is amazing. But what I love most of the room is the whiskey bar 😆!

Stayed several times over the past 3 years, for myself maybe the best hotel in Jakarta, the only downside would be lack of dining options, the room service is excellent, but the upside is that there are many restaurants close by. Rooms are very well furnished, they need an update in terms of technology, really in a hotel of this standard you should be able to stream or cast onto the TV. Pool area is great, the hotel is really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.

Grand whiz has easy access for who have stay here before, has connected sky line from mrt, but less information to go there
As simple as you walk till the end of mrt station, you will see sky line, and then just walk through, enter mall poins at 3rd level, and go up with lift to 6th floor, and you’ll see receptionist grand whiz
Grand whiz has 2 tower, have a very nice breakfast and 2 pools, and at my stay here, i got upgrade room, because i requested non smoking room and it’s sold out, so the staff upgrade my room to deluxe room, jakarta view from 23rd hotel will make you happy

The 1st time we encounter a high floor hotel in Jakarta and it was amazing! Compared to other hotels with high floor concept that are business friendly and somehow lack of family support (tried some in Japan though), Langham Jakarta is very family friendly while still also friendly for business issues. We had staycation here for our anniversary (and plus an infant now). So much thank you to the team (Ms. Yuca, Ms. Haniffa, Ms. Lulu) helped me preparing the surprise for my wife. The decoration and cake are simple but very pretty. Oh, and its very nice to have your romantic event here. Either dining at Tom's or making it in room dining, views are supporting your wish for the night. The breakfast also great! Haven't taste a good breakfast in Jakarta besides 1 other hotel near it. So far, I can rank breakfast at Tom's at 1st.

Das Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hat eine großartige Lage, die Kota Casablanca Mall ist nur etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung des Hotels waren beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und das Essen war köstlich.
Das Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtete, hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und die Techniker konnten das nicht beheben. Mir wurde angeboten, in ein anderes Zimmer auf derselben Etage zu wechseln – das war ein faires Angebot.
Sollte ich nach Jakarta zurückkehren, würde ich mich freuen, wieder hier zu übernachten!

Hotel rating is grossly over rated, even though the check-in staff explained it's a local 5 star hotel.
Hotel has infrastructure of 5 star hotel but inside is lacking.
3 out of 4 lifts are in operation, the waiting time to take the lift is long.
There's no hot water between 12mn to 3am everyday due to upgrading.
The auto curtains motor buzz non stop even when you don't use it, it became a noise pollution in the room. Had to call the maintenance team to remove the power supply.
No bath mat was provided and the shower water pressure is extremely low.
Blown light bulb weren't replaced.
Room soundproofing is bad, you can hear corridor & neighbor activities.
From price point to value, better to bring your business to international 4 star hotel chain instead.

Habe schon oft hier übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Zimmerwünsche werden erfüllt, das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen lecker, nur das Frühstück macht morgens richtig satt. Manchmal bleibt etwas Essen übrig, das nicht nachgefüllt werden kann. Die Eierstation wartete bis 15 Minuten, bevor die Eier fertig waren. Vielleicht war es zur Frühstückszeit so voll. AAnonymer BenutzerWe had the most wonderful stay with Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. Everyone is accommodating and cheerful! We were served by Reception Lady by the name of Ms Bestra (if I remembered her name correctly) during our check in and check out. She was very pleasant and kind.
The breakfast was superb! The team brought a cake and surprised my son with singing Happy Birthday song! Hotel also gave us nice dessert to our room and also at the breakfast table! We will come back here again!
The room itself is exceptional! It was a short 1 night with InterContinental but definitely a memorable one! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Selbst der Körperwaschschampo-Klimaanlage und Handwasch sind auch auf Lemongras basiert. Und riecht nicht so frisch und delikat wie das übliche 5-Sterne-Hotel. Sehr enttäuschend.

Die Dienstleistungen am Fat und Sim Rooftop vom Manager ( Herr Hen ) & alle Crew sind sehr hilfreich, freundlich & großartig Dienstleistungen. Auch das Studiozimmer im RA sehr sauber & komfort für den Aufenthalt. Liebe es so viel kann nicht warten für eine weitere Veranstaltung da oben !

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

MMIK_27Stayed for one night at Maxone Hotels - Melawai for a short solo trip.
Check In - Very smooth process, front desk was very polite and warmth. Booked a double bed room, was given the option for smoking or non smoking. Got to my room within 10 mins.
For S$50 per night, it was decent with all the necessities i needed for the stay.
Room - Amenities provided such as safe box, fridge, , kettle, 2 small bottled water. Everything looks good, except for some stains on the bedsheet and pillowcase.
Bathroom - Well ventilated, Toilets comes with a bidet spray. Towels smells fresh and clean. Working hairdryer.
Staff - very polite and accommodating throughout my stay. Always present and ready to assist you at the lobby, be it booking a taxi, or just opening the door.
Location - Walking distance to Blok M train station, 2 malls within walking distance, alot of eateries around the area as well as convenience stores.
If you’re looking for cheap hotel around the area for a short stay, definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserDas Hotel hat japanisches Design und fühlt sich in ihr eigenes Zimmer mit einem Königsbett. Checkin war schnell, Empfanger nur mich nach rund 1pm / 2pm ins Zimmer, während ich um 12pm kam, sie gab mir einen Willkommens-Trinkschein, der für Orangensaft in ihrem Restaurant / Bar auf dem 8. Stock bezahlbar ist. Das Zimmer ist kompakt, aber hat alles in ihm wie kleine Kühlschrank, elektrische Kessel, TV mit internationalen Kanälen, sehr guter Klimaanlage, Slips und so weiter. Das Bett ist etwas weich zu meiner Vorliebe, aber noch gab sehr gut schlafen. Linen und Wäsche war sauber. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich ähnlich dem typischen japanischen Hotel, mit vollgrößen Bad, beheizter Toilette mit allen Bidet-Knöpfen Sie in Japan finden. Einrichtungen sind komplett. Allerdings ist das Badezimmer oft schmeckt. Frühstücksbuffet war gut für seinen Preis, einige Brot, Reis, Nudeln, Stir frisch Hühnchen und etc. nichts außergewöhnliches Geschmack, aber ich mag die japanische Curry. ich hatte nicht die Chance, den Onsen zu besuchen (das einzige Hotel in Jakarta mit Onsen vielleicht? Insgesamt liebe ich das Hotel, weil es einen guten Wert bietet, aber sie müssen ihre Abwassersystem verbessern und einige Ecken müssen gründlich gereinigt werden.
