MManishSinghOur visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B.
The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake.
The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle.
What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

XXinpeiwenDas Zimmer ist groß, das Frühstück im Dachrestaurant ist vielfältig und der Service freundlich (einziges Manko ist, dass der Speck zu verbrannt ist). Es ist nur drei Gehminuten vom belebtesten und belebtesten Teil der Innenstadt entfernt. Erwägen Sie, beim nächsten Mal wiederzukommen.

Aalex.gavWe had a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, and the huge TV let us watch our favourite YouTube videos and Netflix movies. I absolutely adore the scent of the liquid soap and washing gel! Despite being close to the motorway, it was really quiet. The only downside was some noise from the room above us. Holiday Inn by IHG doesn’t disappoint — it’s my favourite hotel chain!

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

GGuest UserJede Person im ’Unternehmen, die wir überquert haben, war sehr angenehm. Unser Zimmer (Standard) war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Der Buffet war lecker und der Wahl. Der Pool war frisch, aber einmal in ihm war es sehr angenehm. Mein Ehepartner hat die Sauna getestet, die auch sehr gut war. Sehr gut Aufenthalt. Wir empfehlen, ohne zu zögern.

GGastnutzerDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

YYong PhilipGut entlang der Main Street in Reims gelegen. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, fast wie die schöne Frau Balkon, die die Straßenaktivitäten überblickt. Zimmer ist groß für den Preis und direkt unter dem Hotel ist ein Restaurant, das gutes Essen serviert. Die Mitarbeiter sind im Allgemeinen hilfreich und freundlich. Wenn Sie mehr als eine Nacht verbleiben, beachten Sie die saubere Zimmersignale.

Double bed room is a bed above another bed on mezzanine floor with a steep ladder to practice mountain climbing. Sound is a problem here as it migrates from next door and outside. Bring ear plugs
