Fächer-, aber nicht-substanz-Hilfe, Personal bei der Check in nicht-professionelle , ursprünglich das Zimmer, das zugewiesen wurde, nicht der gebuchten Zimmer, nach mehr als einer halben Stunde Diskussion konnten wir die präpazierte Zimmer erhalten.
