"Where do I begin? The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it. Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service. The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation. One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery. Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future."

"Haben Sie für ein paar Tage für IKPI Congress 2019 in diesem Hotel geblieben. Durch die Lobby bin ich sofort durch das schöne und freundliche Empfangsbereich getroffen. Licht, Luft und sehr geräumig ...Sehr willkommene Atmosphäre. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war sehr professionell, freundlich und äußerst hilfreich. Sie heißen und lachen immer zu uns. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit allen wesentlichen und fantastischen Aussichten. Ich habe keine Zweifel, dieses Hotel an die Touristen zu empfehlen, die nach Batu gehen wollen. Werden bald wieder an diesem Ort.. !!"

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich schön, aber für eine Familienkation wird es nicht empfohlen, weil die Größe des Schwimmbads sehr klein ist, der Entspannungsbereich ist auch nicht ausreichend, geeigneter für Geschäftsreisende oder Alleinreisende, die das Hotelzimmer genießen möchten. Die Überprüfung im Prozess dauerte ewig, mit super langgg-Körbe, müssen fast 1.5 Stunden warten, bis wir unser Zimmer genießen können."

"Als wir zum vierten Mal hier waren, war das Zimmer wie immer sauber und komfortabel, obwohl es bei unserer Ankunft nach Zigaretten roch, der Fernseher keinen Ton hatte und die Dusche Probleme hatte. Alles kann gut gehandhabt werden. Das Frühstück war dieses Mal enttäuschend, da das Servicepersonal nicht gut war. Das Hotel war voll mit Gästen, aber an mehreren Tischen waren Schilder für externe Gäste angebracht, die nur zum Frühstück ins Hotel kamen!!! Infolgedessen konnten wir keinen Sitzplatz ergattern und stattdessen bat uns das Personal, draußen zu sitzen, im Raucherbereich, der relativ unbequem war (es gab zwei weibliche Angestellte, die schmutzig waren). Dadurch war unser Frühstück alles andere als appetitlich, besonders als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, war der Tisch noch leer, d. h. die Gäste waren noch nicht da!! Der Rest ist okay"

"Cannot understand why cleaner always open the toilet door after his cleaning. Once I back to room, i can smell toilet smell. I have been using this hotel since last year. Evey month 2~6days. All rooms that I used... some bad smell in the room. So far ok based on the price, but I can seel its quality down than before. Door lock does not working well, all the time I need to change my cardkey. So far ok because it is cheap hotel. Oh 1 more.... I can see cockroach in the resto 8floor near coffee machine. Dishes always have finger mark from workers. Not hygine.... Best hotel in cheap level. Thats all. Hope they improve it...."

"Pertama kali mencoba menginap di Herloom BSD dengan konsep Apartel, fasilitas kamar lengkap, dengan kitchen set, mesin cuci. kami mengambil type kamar Two Bedroom Executive, namun dikarenakan saat itu hanya tersedia smoking room dan kami menginap dengan anak2, petugas receptionis yg bertugas saat itu berbaik hati memberikan upgrade kamar menjadi suite two bedroom. Kamar bersih, amenities lengkap, over all semua OK. Kolam renang luas kedalaman aman untuk anak2. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan."
