Die allgemeine Umgebung ist auch sehr gut, die Frühstückssorte ist auch in Ordnung, eine Seite geschnitten, zu komfortabel, empfehlen Sie!!!

The Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

地理位置很佳 離直隸總督署和蓮花池 還有教堂 菊衚衕 西大街很近 走路就可以到 開車十幾分鍾就到保定古博物館 周圍小吃很多 很好吃 推薦喵探烤魚 就在跟前 價格實惠 又好吃 酒店衞生很乾凈 而且小哥哥小姐姐 服務真的很不錯 很有禮貌 每次要水都跟好幾瓶 二樓就餐早點區 早餐很很好吃 尤其炒菜味道好極了 絕對不是對付的那種 品種還可以 洗澡的熱水也足夠 洗漱用品等都很好 就是沒有護髮素 這點可以加上 環境很安靜 停車很方便 總之 還是很滿意 不是託 真心評價！

我們決定十一要來保定後，我就趕緊定了住宿。比較下來，選擇了這個是步行就可以到達直隸總督府等景點的距離的酒店，提前比較多定價格也很實惠（後面漲價了，好慶幸提前下手）。房間很寬敞，入住時詢問自助早餐，覺得優惠後價格合適就把兩天的早餐也買了，事實證明自助早餐吃的很舒服。房間裏給的礦泉水喝完了還可以再找前台補充，我們要了好多次，以至於出門帶水都是燒好了酒店提供的瓶裝水，這次的酒店必須好評～

Ich habe das Hotel vor kurzem gehabt, und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden! Von der Unterkunft bis zum Abgang des Ladens, ich fühle mich in jedem Einzelfall professionell und gezielt im Hotel. Zunächst ist die Lage des Hotels sehr bequem, der Verkehr in der Umgebung ist bequem, der Hauptattraktionen und Geschäftsbereiche sind sehr nahe und die Reise ist sehr einfach. Das Aussehen des Hotels und die Innenausstattung sind sehr gut, der Halle ist großzügig und hell und geben Menschen ein warmes und komfortabeles Gefühl. Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind weich und komfortabel und schlafen sehr geruchlos. Die Toiletteneinrichtungen sind auch sehr modern, das Warmwasser ist ausreichend und die Badewannen sind vollständig. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass die Isolierung des Zimmers sehr gut ist, die Nacht ist sehr ruhig, völlig unnötig, sich Sorgen um die Störung des Lärms zu machen. Der Service des Hotels ist noch unerwünscht. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, die Behandlung des Aufenthalts und des Austritts ist sehr schnell und bietet mir auch intimen Rat für den Tourismus in der Umgebung. Der Service des Zimmers ist auch sehr rechtzeitig und die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sauber und sauber. Schließlich ist das Frühstück des Hotels reichhaltig, die chinesische und westliche Art der Kombination, der Geschmack ist auch großartig und eröffnet eine gute Stimmung für einen Tag. 出來兩個月唯一一家床有一米二寬的青旅！而且老闆叔叔很好可以到火車站接！十分熱情！房間內有獨立衞生間，洗澡也很方便！空調也超級給力！非常滿意的青旅！而且女生床上四件套都是可可愛愛的配套！房東叔叔真的很用心經營！

The service did not reach the expectations. As the description said, we can leave the baggages with the hotel. And when we asked, she just said that we can just leave our bags by the couch, with the not-a-service mind. The second front person we encountered was just a tiny bit better. So we had to go outside and pay for the bag deposit. The cleanliness is another problem. The floor inside the room was so sticky, to the point that we needed to wear the slippers all the time. We didn’t want to bother the receptionist so we had to endure that issue. We also requested the non-smoking room but we got the one filled of smoking smell.
