I liked my room (private double room), the bathrooms, the terrace, the fantastic breakfast, the quiet (it was off-season), and especially the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Special thanks to Elba, who was so supportive upon my arrival. I also liked the location on the outskirts of town. This meant there was no traffic noise, and the various hiking trails were within easy reach. It was an ideal location, even though the bus station and town were only a 10-minute walk away."

"We were thoroughly charmed by La Posada del Arte. We were warmly greeted on arrival and were pleased to see that the hotel was located in a quiet area that was still close to the public thermal baths, a scenic waterfall, and many dining options. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was special, and the photos do not do justice to the lush, enchanting courtyard. Carl was a wonderful host (offering us access to laundry services, etc.), and the dogs were an unexpected bonus. We wish we had more time to spend at this property!"

"593 Hotel Boutique Banos had a great location and Paul was very helpful and accommodating with services during our stay. However, I have been very frustrated at my efforts to receive a refund after cancelling one of our nights well in advance of hotel policy and never receiving a refund. I sent multiple emails and also spoke directly to the desk upon arrival and they still have not refunded me for the cancellation. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to handle this when I followed the protocol for a full refund. For this reason, I would not stay in their hotel again."

"Ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Zimmer war regelmäßig, wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Blick auf den Zentralpark. Das regelmäßige Frühstück. Das einzige, was mich nicht zurückbringen würde, ist der unerträgliche Geruch des Badezimmers. Es war immer unsere Aufgabe, das Fenster offen zu lassen und den Geruchsextraktor zu nehmen, aber es funktionierte nicht. Es hat Jacuzzi, Sauna und Türkisch. Leider konnten wir nicht verwenden, weil es viele Menschen und Kinder gab."
