Good hotel and good clean and good location . Recommended to stay here

4房1廳，3個廁所，適合幾家朋友一起去。小朋友睡覺的時候，大人們可以在客廳促膝詳談，不用擔心小朋友沒有人看管。另外有廚房、洗衣機，如果打算在曼谷多留幾天，這個是不錯的選擇。 雖然離central world、big C有點距離，我們由central world 步行大約15-20分鐘，但職門口有tuk tuk乘搭，所以如果不想步行，乘坐tuk tuk算是很方便。 樓上有泳池，因為是公寓的關係，所以甚少人去，小朋友們可以盡情玩水。

The residence is situated conveniently between BTS Chit Lom & Ratchadamri. The suite is huge and is perfect for big groups. Numerous restaurant options across the street, with a supermarket at the basement. Residence comes furnished - 3-bedroom suites comes with an attached laundry room. Would pick here again if I were to come to Bangkok with my friends. Cons: The furnishing is old for some parts of the room (e.g. doors does not close unless you lock the door)

I just received a call from my wife (who just flew into Bangkok from Manila), as she was about to check in at 11:30 am. Was told that there would be a 6,000B charge for check-in before 2 pm. We confirmed that the room was already ready, and they still wanted to charge 6000B to check in only 2.5 hours early. It would be different if the room was not ready, and there needed a "rush" cleaning to accommodate an "early" check-in, but no .. the room was ready and was just sitting there, waiting for 2 pm to come about. In addition to that senseless money-grab, there was the experience/attitude that K.Fah (receptionist) provided at check-in, which was not what I would expect from such an exclusive residence. Clearly, this is not what we were expecting from a 5star residence charging $500+ per night. Frankly, this is a first for me in Thailand. Just to summarize. The room was available, and there were only 2.5 hours before 2 pm check-in, yet wanted to charge 6000b for "early" check-in, and the staff would prefer it that my family wait around 2.5 hours - so as to prove a point? We have stayed here before and never received this type of attitude and treatment. I get it - everyone is hurting after the pandemic, yet why such scentless money grab at the expense of customer experience and with loyal customers? Crazy greed.
