這是我們在泰國住的最滿意的酒店！強烈推薦！第一，早餐非常棒，現做的泰式早餐十分美味，不愧是以local breakfast為招牌的酒店，第二，服務非常好，每個服務人員都以微笑相迎，第一天入住的時候，就看到他們在門口黑板上寫着當天入住客人的名字（包括我們），讓人感覺十分温暖，第三，我們在早餐廳忘了把包拿回，服務員及時拾金不昧給我們送回到房間，第四，裝修很漂亮，很有家的温暖和泰國特色，下次來曼谷一定一定再來住~強烈推薦！強烈推薦！

確實在很local的地方，但可以步行去暹羅天地Iconsiam，非常好逛，酒店旁邊還有早市晚市，吃到好吃的當地食物。但如果要夜生活是沒有的。店主很温柔很好，還給免費的tutu送地鐵站服務

This place was such an incredible welcome to Thailand. It is on a backstreet and even our taxi driver was amused by the size of the road relative to his car, but that lends a wonderful 'we're here!' ambiance to the experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. The room was clean and pretty, with good air conditioning. There are provided maps and local food guides with some helpful Thai language basics on the back. Breakfast was delicious (Thai, though I'm pretty sure there was an American option too). Staff called us a (free) tuktuk to the BTS station and again later to the ferry, which was fun and hassle free, though there were also plenty of food shops, markets, 7-11s, and massage centres within easy walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again anytime I'm in Bangkok!

A wonderful bed and breakfast place. Greeted with a delicious lemongrass tea. Comfy, clean, super helpful and super friendly staff member at reception. Highly recommend the delicious thai breakfast. Happy to arrange a tuk tuk to the BTS or the ferry. So glad we chose this place to stay and definitely would again if we return to Bangkok.

Exceptional bed and breakfast .Everything was faultless .Rooms very large ,very clean.Breakfast offers western or Thai food .Recommend Thai breakfast .Karan is a wonderful host whom goes out of his way to ensure you are welcomed and feel comfortable throughout your stay .Very lovely friendly neighbourhood with cafes/restaurants small walkable distance away .Train station walkable distance but free tuk tuk provided if required to the station .We would return and stay here again without hesitation .We stayed in a double deluxe room upper floor .Nice seating areas to sit outside .Plenty of supermarkets very close to property .Thank you to all at Focal Local for a memorable stay

I loved staying at Focal Local. Location was great, given that public transport is near and the neighborhood is much quieter on this side of the river. The room was beautiful, clean and confortable, and the breakfast very good. But especially management was so nice and helpful in all ways, from giving directions, to finding in my room a packed breakfast with a beautiful farewell note the day I was leaving early in the morning. Highly recommend, and will surely go back my next time in Bangkok.
