De Lux Bangkok Hotel

Das Hotel liegt am Pratunam-Nachtmarkt, es ist ziemlich einfach, ein Taxi zu nehmen, das Zimmer ist klein und ziemlich alt und hat am ersten Tag beim Einchecken im Hotel einen unangenehmen Geruch Die Bettwäsche wurde nicht ersetzt und hatte viele Flecken und einen schlechten Geruch. Ich konnte wegen des Lärms draußen nicht schlafen, das Zimmer war nicht schallisoliert. Getränke werden berechnet, aber nicht im Voraus erwähnt. Der Fernseher steht zur Dekoration im Zimmer, kann aber nicht genutzt werden.

Die Hygiene ist wirklich schlecht! Am Kopfende des Bettes sind Haare! Die Laken sind gelb! Die Hygiene ist wirklich schlecht. Jemand schrie mitten in der Nacht und mein Freund bekam sofort einen Ausschlag. Das Bild zeigt drei Personen, die nach dem Schlafen aufstehen! Wir haben ein Familienzimmer für vier Personen gebucht! Im Hotel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Familienzimmer verfügbar seien! Schenken Sie uns zwei Doppelzimmer! Schlechtester Standort! Es gibt nicht einmal Fenster! Auch die Toilette ist gelb! Nicht einmal so gut wie ein inländisches Gästehaus! Es ist wirklich sehr dreckig! Von einem Aufenthalt wird dringend abgeraten!

Cons： ❌ The first room I checked into had small cockroaches and an unpleasant odor, which affected my experience. Fortunately, after reporting the issue, the hotel promptly changed my room. The new room was much cleaner ❌ However, the bathroom in the new room was outdated—the showerhead was worn out, the water pressure was weak and inconsistent, and the hot water supply was unstable ❌ The floor drain in the bathroom was clogged, but after informing the staff, they resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciate ❌ The booking page mentioned that the Superior Double Room category includes “Some Rooms Have Windows.” However, when I requested a windowed room at check-in, the front desk informed me that all Superior Double Rooms do not have windows. This misleading information could be disappointing for guests expecting otherwise Overall, De Lux Bangkok Hotel provides decent value for budget travelers, with good customer service. While some issues arose, the staff’s quick response was commendable. Improvements in room cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and accurate room descriptions would make this hotel a much better choice for future visitors ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Average stay with good service but room for improvement.

Good place but the food is not

Location was very good with convenience stores just around the corner! Staffs are friendly as well. Price was reasonable for such a basic room!
