We did what we had been trained to do when the earthquake struck, guests and staff's safety come first and we're so happy that everyone was totally safe and our guests were very well looked after by the hotel staff. The distance from our hotel to city center may not be everyone favorite but it's a nice trade off for peace & tranquility surrounding of the hotel. But BTS SkyTrain, Bangkok city center can be reached without 20-30 minutes. We hope to see you here again soon.

We understand the importance of convenient transportation, and we recognize that our location may be more suitable for guests with their own vehicles but not so necessarily as BTS Sky Train and MRT stations are well within 10-15 minutes away from the hotel with hotel's free hourly shuttle services to and from the stations.. We want to clarify that the swimming pool is indeed located off-site, approximately 100 yards from the hotel, and is shared with a local swimming school. We understand this may not be ideal for all guests and will ensure this information is more readily available in our descriptions. We apologize for the swimming pool building looking a bit old due to it being an outdoor structure. As for the swimming pool counter staff appeared indifferent, we will address this issue with our team and immediately improve their guest's service attitude. We are glad you found the 7-Eleven nearby to be convenient. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience. Once again, thank you for your earnest review.
