"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Presidency[Airport], and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile.
The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a stunning view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The amenities are top-notch. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious variety of dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa services were a wonderful way to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its location. It's conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. "Property was good and charming. It was very clean and hygienic. The tv was not working and reached out to the room service but they failed to respond. Pool timings was till 7 pm but we were not allowed to access it when we wanted to access it around 6 pm apart from that it is a great property to sit and relax. Food was very tasty and yummy."

"Awesome place & people !!! Nature's Abode, Rustic, away from the busy city chaos. Very courteous staff, guests are attended at a personal level including food requirements, special thanks to Meena, her son Santosh and rest of the staff. FFlies A LotIt’s hard to fault the Taj Bangalore. The location is right on the doorstep of Kempegowda Airport, which makes it very convenient for catching early flights,
The service was was very good. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful, polite, and eager to please.
The rooms and the hotel in general were clean and in good order.
The food in the restaurants was prepared to a high standard and delicious.
There is, however, one area which I feel falls little short, the back office. I wrote two emails asking for assistance on how best to get to the hotel from the international terminal. Both went unanswered. This proved to be a real inconvenience as there was no signage on how to get to the hotel from the terminal.
The check in process took a lot longer than usual. The staff were apologetic and polite, and it seemed they were struggling with a system that was either slow or not fully functioning.
, what rating to give the Taj Bangalore. Overall 8pm of 10. It deserved more, but the back office let the rest of the team down.
