Please consider adopting complimentary drinking water in disposable plastic material. current complimentary bottled water had sticker expired and broken sticker in my room!!! and the bottled water was not changed or top up new one daily!!! My room no. 566 (check in: 8-Oct-24 ~ 10-Oct-24). I don't take the picture. I am looking forward to seeing better improvement in this only one factor. The rest of the factors are excellent.

Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt - das Personal war warm, willkommen und freundlich. Das ganze Hotel hatte eine erstaunliche und entspannte Vibe. Die Einrichtungen und Speiseoptionen waren fantastisch und die Ansichten von Nandi Hills großartig. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

La distance entre l’hôtel et l’aéroport n’est pas aussi proche comme indiqué sur Google. C’était marqué 8 minutes à pied mais mon frère a dû prendre un taxi pour y aller.

Great hotel. Good service. Good food. The window for my room faced another building just a metre or two away. The only downside. Location is convenient for the airport but not for walking anywhere. You’ll need taxis. They offer a morning and evening basic yoga class for free. Nice 👍 Recommended.
