The checkin was smooth and hassle free. The staff was courteous however rooms were not well maintained. Talking about the food, you get less option and I was highly disappointed when I requested for take away (ordered 50 min' before my checkout) and the staff informed me they have given it to someone else (who checked out 40 minutes before me) and now they need time to prepare the same. I tried ignoring few things during my stay but this particular thing made me very upset, and felt it was a unprofessional thing to do.

The room was great! the bathroom was neat! although the ironing table didn't have a cloth. Food was good and enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a good experience

I regret to say that our stay at Vividus Hotel in Bangalore was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking for two nights, we were overcharged a staggering €260 after already paying the total amount. The reception staff seemed utterly clueless about the overcharge, forcing us to repeatedly present our bank statements for them to even consider investigating. It took them over an hour to realize that the extra charge was a security deposit taken without any prior notice or warning. As a result, we were stranded at the reception until midnight, despite having an early morning flight at 6 am. This experience was extremely frustrating and tarnished our entire stay.

We had a terrible experience during our stay. There was no hot water flow shower and the water was clogged as drains were blocked while have a shower. The food was also below average and returned it after having little. At breakfast buffet the tables were not timely cleaned and service was very slow. My colleague who was staying with us had to wait over 45 mins at the reception since his booking was not reflecting in their system even after booking was made. Finally he got his room after a lot of chaos and arguments. Overall very very bad experience.

I have stayed this hotel for 1 day. The dinner and breakfast was awesome however, in some instant they need to follow their commitment. I have booked deluxe room with non smoking zone however, the room which is allocated to me which is already smoked by someone. I have inform to reception about the same but they have not come to room about this issue. I also have taken deluxe room but they have randomly allocated one executive room and one deluxe room to me which is not correct one.

Not clean, used water bottles, bugs in bed, staff didn’t provide tea stuff and came on call, netflix was not working on tv toiletries were not filled even hand wash
