The Rialto Hotel

Clean rooms and well behavior staff. Felt quick checkin and checkout process. Complementary breakfast also good.

The hotel is in the perfect location, and a renowned one; So no hassle is getting transport by any means. The receptionist was polite and does the needful. The room was spacious and clean. Need to replace the old bed spreads, other than that it was a worthwhile stay.

Washroom was to bad. When i entered room was smelling. My booking was for two person but they gave essential things for only one person

Only feedback is don't keep the packaged drinking water refilled. I came to know i opened the cap that it was refilled.

When I first booked this hotel, the price was just ₹3400 for three people for 1 room for 1 night without breakfast, but when I checked in, the hotel staff told that it is ₹4800 for the same, but when we showed them our email, they got us checked in after 1 hour. This almost ruined my plans for the day. Soon after we checked in the AC's weren't working and when we called the reception, a person came and said it was working just fine and needed just a clean. After we returned to the room after 4 hours, the AC's were still not working and asked the reception that we need to change the rooms but another maintenance guy came and told that still it was working fine but it wasn't we were suffocating and then we demanded an air cooler. To top things off, there were no fans. We had a very rough night sleep. And when we needed a shower the next morning we almost had to slip as there was a tub. It wasn't working at all. If it is not working, why would the hotel put in many websites that there is a tub. Worst hotel in the entire bangalore

Good stay. People are slow to provide stay. Rest all good. Shall come back again. Hope to see improvement
