Very dusty and unhygienic room, no cleaning at all. Very old and bad looking room and washroom. Lot of cockroaches on the floor and bed. It was a nightmare for me. It is not worth paying per night also. The photos are decades old and misleading. Tv is installed but no remote, no response even after multiple complaints. Illiterate and irresponsible staff.

No one refunded me the hotel was not good should not be part of corporate. Disgusting experience. Struggling to even get the bill. Kindly send your team and investigate. We could not even stand there

Hotel Prasad Residency is in very bad condition, bad smell , old and stain tiles in washroom, no Lift , We checked in and after seeing bad condition checked out immediately. We want refund of our amount.

The hotel room hygiene could be improved, the floor was sticky, toilet need proper maintenance, only luke warm water available for shower, tv did not work. Only good thing is budget in this locality it's the only option for the budget price.
