酒店旁邊就是超市，購物吃飯逛街超方便。酒店停車費雖然有點小貴，但車位多，還是方便。

Excellent location with very helpful staff. You have the grocery store IGA right next door and can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rooftop hot tubs were really nice too! They’re kind of small but have a nice kitchenette. The only downfall is there isn’t any designated parking, but it’s free after 8pm and we usually found parking on the street right out front. I would highly recommend this place for others to stay at!

Very clean and simple two bedroom. Convenient to town, CVS, gas station, etc. The parking garage access is great and I liked the security of the building. No complaints at all! Only negative is that there aren't any dressers or closets if you have a lot of clothes. Wasn't an issue for us though

Everything was very nice. The one bedroom was on the small side for bathroom & bedroom space but the bed was very comfortable & all was well supplied. We wished there were tables/chairs on the rooftop to visit with friends, cuz no congregation space. Rooftop hot tub was nice. Wish there were balconies to sit out on & check the weather too. Everything was very clean. Would recommend.

Very convenient town location and safe, clean and quiet. Excellent base for Banff/Yoho NP visits and lots of dining choices upon return. Wide array of shopping from basics to more upscale offerings. Convenient garage to unit access, easy check-in and out processes and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was seamless including information on parking. The building was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfy! Would definitely recommend.

We booked the hotel months in advance however, when we got on the flight, they canceled it due to maintenance and were not able to rebook us to get there for a few days (which would be the end of our trip) because the airline was on strike. We called to cancel our reservation letting them know what had happened and how it was out of our hands. We asked if we could maintain the hotel credit and rebook when we come again in a few months, but the hotel staff was very rude and unaccommodating. They were incredibly difficult to deal with and we lost $1400. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location in the heart of Banff . Good size apartment with everything you need for 2 couple stay . Comfy beds , great kitchen , mountain views . Friendly staff , easy parking . Close to all bars and restaurants , shops etc . All in all a great stay in an amazing Town .

We stayed 4 nights at a 2-bedroom unit with a kitchen. Great location. Very close to the grocery store and the RoamTransit station. Clean rooms, responsive and friendly staff. The only complaint is that the bathroom door need to be greased - it is noisy when open/close bathroom door.
